Bait and Switch

Cons: I reserved the car after flitering for pick up and drop off at airport and Enterprise rental in Hawaii came up iwith lowest price (by about $40) so accepted. An address was listed which is very commen for pick-up. The night before I left I got an email with TRT BAY in the address (which was NOT in my original contract). I know that Turtle Bay is 90 minutes from the airport. I called Enterprise and was told it would be $600 more to pick up at airport. I found a way to Turtle Bay and then found out my contract did NOT include any Hawaii taxes. I am so dissappointed - this was a bait and switch tactic.
