Cons:
I ordered additional insurance and was told it would be arounf 46 NIS, so I assumed altogether around 40 EUR for the rental period. At the end, the additional insurance they charged me was 150 EUR for three days!!!!! And eventhough I was at their Office on the day of return, they said nothing and only send me an invoice the next day! Their contract is in Hebrew, so I could only relied on what they had explained to me, why would I assume they are not telling the complete truth? I felt they took advantage of the fact that I don't speak Hebrew. After I compained, they simply told me to go read my contract! Not an honest service, in my opinion.4,0 Mediocre

Fare was misleading, at best. The kayak fare was supposedly all-in....but didn't include various charges that more doubles the fare I got fro. Kayak!! Also ten car was basically bombed out. When I tried to actually get a a summary of the condition of the car when they handed me the keys, I told him it was too many to document....he said"good for you, then we can't change you". Needless to say the interior of the car was even worse.10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
Expedia told us that the second driver if a spouse is free. When we arrived at Herzliya to pick up the car they said that we needed a letter stipulating that in order to assure us a second driver free. I wrote expedia where we booked and got a response that yes we were entitled to a second driver at no charge. They sent this email to Herzliya as well but budget Herzliya did not honor this3,6 Poor

Vehicle was quickly available upon arriving at rental office.Cons:
Cars are older. $1,000 USD authorization amount held on card until vehicle is returned. Vehicle had unknown nail in one of the tires causing an almost immediate issue with tire pressure resulting in a timely patch-work appointment. Tire punctures are NOT covered by insurance offered by rental company. It is prudent to have attendant check your rental vehicle's tire pressure and condition prior to signing initial lot inspection.Eldan
