False advertising. Did not honor price. Flex To Go is a up charge scam system. I watched it happen to customer in front of me and then myself. Look at what I was supposed to pay per Kayak price vs what they charged me. Do not use this dishonest Flex To Go price scam. Request your help to get price difference refund. William Hughes

Reserved a van for 7 to go snowboarding as confirmed by my confirmation mail, however, only a SUV for 7 was actually reserved. I had to lay the additional cost and the rices of contacting someone from Cust services was a nightmare. Cust services were in Hong Kong and no line manager or anyone with a good grasp of English was able help. Would strongly advise paying the extra for a reputable company!

I had a VW reservation for about $270. I’m 81 years of age and didn’t realize that by adding 1 day and changing cars I was charged an additional $400 !!! $400 I was taken advantage of. She pulled what we call “a fast one on a senior citizen” I will be sure to tell my thousands of social media connections about Europcar fleecing me if you do not correct this within the next week. I will also seek restitution. I hope you correct this overcharge and turn this around. Ira Meltzer.

The pick up lines were long and tedious, even after checking in. Vehicle pick up is a bit far and everything is self checkout now. The vehicle I received was worn and ridden, many small items did not work and were damaged or defective. The interior was very worn. Returning the vehicle took more time than it should have, needed to find a check in person and damage was noted that was with the vehicle at the beginning as I take thorough videos of the vehicle at pick up. I believe the entire process for a company of this caliber and in Europe, should have been more efficient.

Everyone was friendly. It was easy pick up and drop off. It was the second car rental in Germany within two weeks and my other experience with National was NOT good. I will definitely use Europcar again. A consideration would be to have more clarity about insurance. I bought coverage through Expedia, plus I had an additional 75k with my credit card company and I was feeling nervous about that coverage when I really don’t believe I should have. Thank you.
