Cons:
The Hertz location is grossly understaffed. The employees are disgruntled. There is no queue which means I get into spats with customers over who was there first. The vehicle had been smoked in and was filthy upon pickup9,6 Wonderful

Very good experience with Budget rental in Royal Oak Mi. I am new to renting a car. process was very quick. I have not driven a car in years ( typically SUV or truck) but for the time I had the Mazda 3 I enjoyed driving it.reservations were made easily and when I needed to extended it 1 day that was easy too.Cons:
I wanted to drop of my car after hours the night before it was due. Called 800 number was told the nearest location to where I was had a drop box for the key. Filled the gas tank got there no marked drop box called 800 number they informed me that no the only drop box was at Detroit metro airport.. This was inconvenient as the following day my daughter had to take time off to get me back there by 7:00 a.m. to drop the car off. There I was told had I called them directly I could have made arrangement for night drop off. I wish at the pick up point they would have told me to call ahead and also the person I talked to at the 800 number gave me correct information.Bidvest
