Cons:
I didn't get the vehicle I expected. The vehicle I got had a lot less storage and the had the vehicle I expected available. I was only notified the morning of pick up, and was asked to look for another company for my rental. The vehicle I received had the same amount of seating but a lot less luggage room than the vehicle I ordered. My guests had sit sit with luggage on the laps. The agent I felt with when returning the vehicle was extremely rude and argued with me about getting a receipt for returning the vehicle because it had not been entered in their system. I asked for a hand written receipt and she started shouting at me.Budget

Cons:
When I picked up the car my invoice was incorrect, incredibly more expensive than my online booking, and I had to have the attendant correct the error It wasn’t until dropoff that they told me I could simply return my car to the airport dropoff for a mere $0.35 extra rather than returning to the o10,0 Wonderful

The lady at the rental counter was really nice and polite not only to me but to a few people that were in front of me also.. She had a persona that was obviously happy about doing her job .Cons:

The car reaked of the guys cologne, it was also dirty when he gave it to us. The guy was not very friendly and when he dropped us off back at the airport, I had asked him if he could drop us near the taxi section and he dropped us off in a dead zone of the airport really far from the taxis with all our luggage and skis...2,0 Poor

Pros:
I was very hesitant to book with Ace after reading the reviews but they were half the price of other rental cars so I figured I’d try it. I was pleasantly surprised. I had to wait a bit to get my car when I arrived in Vancouver but when I did it was a brand new Jeep which was a free upgrade from what I reserved. I had no problems on the drive from Vancouver to Calgary (and all the sightseeing trips in between). When I dropped off the car the staff even gave us a ride to the hotel, saving us cab or Uber fare.
