Cons:I made a reservation online but I went to pick up and the guy tells me that there’s no cars and really didn’t care whether or not he solve my problem told me to come back the next day when he did have a car the car was not clean he just gave it to me as it is I paid for insurance online which the website instructed me too but the guy made me re-pay for insurance again because he said that that was not part of his policy the only thing that was easy was dropping the car off because I think the guy realize how upset I was and did not want me to give him a bad review.
Cons:This is the worst rental experience yet, the car was unsafe to drive, it’s shaky as it reach speed of 40mph, front bumper hold up by screws, The Agent was polite and helpful a bit. Avis should reevaluate that service. I used Avis in the past, in other countries that office in Haiti is a CRYING SHAME FOR AVIS. Service should be upgraded, it took (2)two hours 17 minutes from start to finished the transaction at the pick up location; which I already booked on line, All paper work was done manually this is sick and SAD.
Pros:Customer service is great, extremely helpful and friendly!!
Cons:All car was old and on bad condition, AC not work.

Pros:The fact that it was even a car. I got double charged and no one seemed to care.
Cons:I booked online for a car rental and expected it to be easy peezy; this wasn't the case. I walked in to the rental office where they had no electronics of any kind. Not only did they not have any of my information on file but they didn't even bother to look it up by calling someone. I had to start over and manually fill everything out for them. I booked a second time and paid a deposit of $700! Now I'm over $1000, with no hopes of getting any money back, before I've even left the office. My original booking was for a 2017 Hyundai Accent or similar. Instead, I got a 1994 Nissan that was barely hanging on! The back left tire was flat and I HAD TO CHANGE IT MYSELF! Absolutely terrible service and experience. I would like some money back or credits or I will never be using Budget/Kayak again
Pros:Great service over all. I like the efficiency in returning the car, I did not have to wait as long as the pick up time.
Cons:This time the only thing that made me unhappy was the waiting time before I picked up the car. Even though I reserved in advance, I still had to wait with visitors for over an hour before I could get a car. The other thing is that I was given a smaller size than the car I reserved for the same price. That was very disappointing.
