Good experience, BUT only after locating actual car rental company--which is not under name Economy. No sign or anything at Monerrey baggage claim. Instead had to ask around where are, how get to pick up.8,0 Very Good

On arriving in Baggage Claim, there was no set up at all for Economy...no contact phone for pickup (only in my booking info a local telephone number to call...and on arrival my phone didn't work for Mexico). When was able to call, turns it Economy operates under another name.2,0 Poor

They advertised as ‘in terminal.’ Only after I booked They clarified they are actually far from the airport. I had a short time so couldn’t risk the long shuttle. When I asked for a refund they were entirely unhelpful and I ended up wasting $50 because of their bait and switch advertising.2,0 Poor

They were helpful when explaining the fees.Cons:
The Insurance turned out to be triple what the car cost. And I had already purchased the $10 protection. If I did not purchase the insurance, the company was going to open a credit card voucher for the total cost of the car - about $35,000.That seemed risky too.MEXRENTACAR

We ended up not renting a car due to the deposit amonut.Cons:
The agent was not clear that they would be holding a $3000 US depost on my credit card on top of the rental car fee. After charging the fee he ran my card again and it declined. We understood it would be 3000 pesos, so we were confident it would be approved. Due to them being unclear, we told them to cancel all transactions. They said they did but a $2900 hold remained on my credit card. For my whole trip in Mexico my only credit card was maxed out and I couldn’t use it for anything. This was my first time out of the US and purposely brought my credit card for emergencies, as of today the charge is still showing as pending.2,0 Poor

The location was not at the airport as stated in the confirmation. I got there and asked around and only two others were there but not budget. When I called support while I was looking for the place, I couldn't speak to anyone as some sort of password was needed (the call would auto drop)2,0 Poor
