Pros:
Front desk staff was good and helpful. Pickup and drop off staff was indifferent, almost rude.Cons:
Prices are fake and rules for being late not visible anywhere. I ended up paying 4 times the original price because I got there 2 hours late and they claimed my reservation expired. No email related to the reservation mentioned anything about that. I was expecting some extra charges for the usual insurance things that these companies make you pay, but I paid more than that. I'd never rent a car using kayak or this specific company again.Leasys Rent
