Pros: Staff were great. Rooms comfortable. Breakfast pretty comprehensive.
Cons: Location isn’t the best, but only $2 tuk tuk from town. And all the tuk tuk drivers know it.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Beautifully decorated and furnished throughout, excellent food, helpful staff, and my favorite pool in the world.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very Friendly staff -all of them. I cannot remember the names of all. I can remember only a few, who were very helpful, polite and friendly - So Sreyneath at the reception in booking us in and in booking our trips and providing information. - Surat drove us from the airport to the hotel and for our trip to the temples. Also the external guide Chandra, who speaks very good English and has an in depth knowledge of the city, temples and history. She was very pleasant and helpful and would recommend. Very spacious and well decorated rooms, excellent breakfast, spacious lobby etc
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Staff plentiful, eager to please. No complaints at all.
Cons: Location a bit far out but tuk tuk rides are cheap.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The room was beautiful with wooden floors. The breakfasts different everyday.
Cons: The pool was salt water. So very beautiful. Surrounded by tropical trees and bushes.
Mediocre 3,8
Pros: The room is in good designed.
Cons: The staff are racists. I knew that most hotel in Siem Reap are targeted for foreigners. As a group of Cambodian people who stays in that hotel they are look down on us and doesn’t make us feel comfortable at all.
Mediocre 3,8
Pros: Good design.
Cons: The staffs are racists. Look down on people from the same nation. Only value foreigners. They made us feel extremely uncomfortable. The location is a bit far from downtown.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great service , Clean and good complimentary service with free shuttle bus from the airport ! Valuable with the best service here :)
Cons: The area around the beer garden get a little noisy in the evening

Excellent 10,0

Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Charming, peaceful, small hotel. Friendly and attentive staff. Good food and cocktails. We had a great time here. The Hotel’s Tuk Tuk Driver took us everywhere so location not a problem. Lovely big rooms.
Cons: Dining in in the hotel was good but pricey.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location, layout and pool
Excellent 9,6
Pros: - staff - rooms - pool - breakfast
Cons: Near to aitport but bit far to the city (5$ one way)
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Beautiful accomodation & rooms, the pool area & garden are stunning. Tasty breakfast.
Cons: Its a bit expensive, but a very good experience. The centre is a bit far away, but by tuk tuk you’re there in 10 minutes or so
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Hotel was beautiful! Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Airport pickup and drop-off made it super easy. Both Breakfast and dinner were great! You get loads of fruit and pastries on top of any eggs you may want to order. We needed to be close to the airport as only there for 1 night - so ideal for that! Would not be able to advice if it was convenient to go to Siem Reap centre from there.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very nice accomodation in a beautiful setting. Nice staff, good food, delicious breakfast. Spacious and very clean rooms. We had a wonderful time, thank you!

Cons: We were expecting food to be much better. We have been in other Anantara hotels and this one was an average
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The hotel is beautiful and the staff were wonderful. Impeccable service, I was greeted my name wherever I went and the hotel went above and beyond to make me feel incredibly welcome, from a welcome foot bath to the staff escorting me to my car and waving goodbye when I left. I highly recommend their guided tours and activities in the area.
Cons: They’ve ruined every other hotel I will ever stay at for me - this place is GOLD!
Good 7,5
Pros: Service, food at chi, the tuk tuk service to city are all great. The overall ambience is wonderful.
Cons: Bathrooms are not well designed and too small. Even shower is restrictive.
Good 7,1
Pros: Staff were lovely
Cons: Next to a building site Food was rubbish Pool is very close to rooms. People are loud in the pool
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The staff is helpful and good hospitality. The USB outlet in the room is very useful
Cons: The room facilities is a bit basic for room size 40++ sq.m. No bathtub in the room, even the shower box is quite small. TV is too small comparing to the room size and watching distance from the bed which is on the other end of this big room.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It was our first ever trip to this beautiful nation with parents and we had the best stay with Anantara resort, the hospitality, the staff the property , the facility everything were commendable.we got the best service and were super comfortable . Mr.Sun and Mr.David were always ready with a helping hand and the all the other staffs were very friendly. The welcome ritual was the best . Couldn’t get a chance to use their spa this time though . Hopefully we will come back for another stay ! Thank u
Cons: Nothing
Good 7,1
Cons: not many facilities
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The breakfast was good - very attentive staff at the restaurant. It is far from the center of the city so it can be a little difficult to get around. However the hotel does provide a tuk tuk drop off to the city which was really convenient. The drivers were very nice - very helpful and polite and always smiling. They provided us with a phone for our stay so that we could call for the tuk tuk whenever we wanted which was such a great idea. Full marks for their proactive ideas. The room was lovely. They give you eco friendly glass bottles instead of plastic which was great. They really do make an effort to make ones stay comfortable. I loved the fact that it was a small hotel as the staff was very attentive - from the serving staff all the way upto the operations manager.
Cons: There is no changing room near the pool which is not convenient. It is far from the center so getting around independently is not so easy. The bathroom could have a little more lighting near the wash basin area. The hook was broken which needs to be fixed.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The staff were exceptional, personal, friendly and went out of their way, over and beyond, time after time to make sure our stay was absolutely perfect. Incredible - I’ve never experienced anything like it - the hotel itself was amazing; clean, luxurious and relaxing, great sized suite and gorgeous salt water pool - but the level of attention and service every single staff member offered was what made our stay 10/10.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The design of the hotel is very nice, very helpful staff, breakfast is amazing with a good variety of food. Swimming pool is great with a nice temperature of water. Free transfer from and to the airport and tuk-tuk
Cons: The price charged for the tours (e.g. tour to Angkor Wat) seems a bit too high (200-250 usd for two people). Same applies to the pricing in the restaurant.

Pros: It was on site and wonderful there was made to order western and local dishes.
Cons: nothing.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Nice room, comfy bed. Excellent breakfast. Fabulous staff.
Cons: There's nothing I can think of. Except maybe the aircon is a bit noisy. We just ran the fan rather than the cool and it was ok to sleep.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Fantastic Resort. Would recommend to others.
Cons: All great.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Really friendly staff. Everything clean Good breakfast
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Older style hotel with large room and balcony, great service and value for money. Complimentary shuttle to downtown shopping district,
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Beautiful grounds, friendly and helpful staff. Used the free airport and town shuttle. Pool lovely
Excellent 9,6
Pros: the spa was excellent value for money, the facilities were great and the comfort was supherb , the staff could not do enough for you
Cons: the rain as we were in the rainy season
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Absolutely loved the staff. They were so accommodating and friendly. The pool was huge. Transportation to and from the airport was included, as was a large buffet breakfast. The a/c was nice and cold and the beds were comfortable. The room had a lanai with a table and 2 chairs. The bellman offered to drive us to town to the market so we could shop and have lunch. He picked us up at a designated time and location. We could use U.S. dollars everywhere. They arranged a driver and tour guide to the temples for us, although this could have been done outside of the hotel. It was just that much more convenient.
Cons: I couldn’t get the jacuzzi tub to work, but the spa had a jacuzzi and sauna, etc., but we didn’t have time to check it out.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Shuttle Driver Mr Sony, he is always helpful and always on time for pickup at downtown and airport. He is one of dedicated hard worker.
Cons: Breakfast is wonderful and menu should change once a while. please add pancake and waffles, pork sausage, blue berry pie etc.... and have bigger coffee mug will be better.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Most had a reasonably good command of English.
Cons: My room safe was broken and it took a couple of tries to get a person who understood the problem (language barrier); once accomplished, it was taken care of immediately. Room faced front of the hotel and there were trees outside the window. These trees are a stopping point for birds at 6am and again at night - hundreds land on the branches of the group of trees and mske quite the racket. I needed to be up early for tours, but if I had wanted to sleep in, it would have been jmpossible. They leave after 10 minutes or so - so not prolonged.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Payment by bank card was a problem but otherwise the hotel was êxcellent
Excellent 9,7
Pros: best hotel i have ever stayed at for the money. the rooms are extremely comfortable, the free breakfast in the morning is great it has a lot of western foods. The pool is awesome.

Pros: Excellent hotel with a wow factor as you enter the property, large open reception area, decorated in traditional Cambodian style. Rooms are large and clean. Pool is beautiful and refreshing. Breakfast had good selection but caters more for the Asian guest. Hotels seems to be very popular with large Chinese tour companies.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very nice stuff, very careful and polite. Airport transportation included. Nice lobby with life music in the evenings. Very close to airport and 15-20 min distance to Pub Street
Mediocre 2,0
Cons: the room that i booked was taken by another customer when i arrived at the hotel. the staffs just apologised and told me to get myself the refund. they wouldnt let me have any rooms, saying that it was already full.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Angkor Miracle Resort is a 4*-Plus hotel by my book. The staff members were very courteous and accommodating. My group stayed in a pool-facing room which was clean & spacious. Restaurant (breakfast & lunch), pool & exercise room were decent. For the price we paid, Angkor Miracle was a great value. However, we will more likely stay in another five-star hotel closer to the park in the future.
Cons: More discreet guests may find the bed and linen comfortable but definitely not comparable to Heavenly Bed by Westin or alike. We also spotted a small cockroach in the bathroom - but not something we considered unexpected. While Siem Reap is a relatively small town, Angkor Miracle is considerably further (extra 10-15 minutes each way) from other hotels to the Angkor Wat park.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Nice staffs
Cons: Location
Good 7,5
Pros: The service of their reception were fantastic especially, Thanny. We love their huge pool and the spa.
Cons: This hotel was not that new but still, well taken care of. I did'nt like the food they served, also the staff in the restaurant was not friendly. Always lack of food in the buffet table.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very good breakfast buffet, with a egg station, fresh waffles and baked goods, a salad bar, a fresh fruit selection and also hot food such as rice and meats. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is on the main road so it is almost a straight route to the centre/pub street. There are always tuk tuks at the front gate waiting to transport you to town for around 3 or 4 USD. Overall excellent hotel for the price.
Cons: The WiFi in the room was a little poor, however in the lobby and common areas it was very strong.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Very well maintained, with a very good team taking care of the guests. Rooms are nice, with wooden interiors giving it a rich classic feel.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Service is excellent
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Incredibly good price for a 5 star hotel. Loved the huge selection at the breakfast buffet, and it only takes a few minutes to get to the airport

Excellent 10,0
Pros: The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The staff are always helpful and professional. The restaurant serves excellent food. The location I think cannot be beaten. Well done Palm Village Resort.
Cons: There is nothing you can dislike about the resort.
Good 7,1
Pros: The staff are great, they made our stay enjoyable. We liked their pool and on-site massage service.
Cons: There were flies in the restaurant area. This problem should be addressed. Also, pathways from the cottages to the other buildings could use more lighting. My shin got hurt when I bumped into a flowerpot that I couldn’t see it n the dark.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Very nice staff and nice resort, would recommend it
Good 7,9
Pros: Nice environment surrounded by wild forest and outside of the city and quite.
Cons: Bad road that leads to property.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Serene, more rural area closer to main temples, excellent service and food freshly made to order, spa on site. Perfect for relaxing vacation.
Cons: For young travelers, a hostel closer to center of Siemreap is better.
Excellent 10,0
Cons: I stayed here for only one day, the hospitality was really great...free pickup, refreshing mint lemon on arrival with a fruit salad, advised what next to do in SIEM Reap, a real great service...
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Everything apart from the above. Their driver for the Tuk Tuk did everything above and beyond the call of duty. The staff were super.
Cons: Just the mosquitos who took a shine to me - can't help nature playing a part.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great staff. Great place to stop . Great food. Nothing too much trouble.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: They were really nice.
Cons: Maybe a little far from the city center
Good 7,9
Cons: The bungalow is beautiful, outstanding and practical design from the door to the bathroom. The windows added another value to the house because of its Khmer design. However, it can be seen, not so clearly, from the outside at the night time. I hope this can be improved. Overall, love the place and will come back again for sure.

Pros: Absolutely beautiful premises. Helpful and cheery staff; even the cleaners say good morning as you pass them in the hall. Fantastic pool. Everything is clean. Breakfast is a huge spread of all kinds of foods – both Western and Asian foods. Delicious. Location is super close to the airport
Cons: Aircon was so-so, often dropping out in the middle of the night. Wifi also drops out every now and again for 5-10 min, but other than that it’s good wifi.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: It is a beautiful facility!
Cons: Some of the front desk staff were not very friendly compared to other Khmer people. Samoun and his staff at the outside bar were wonderful. He knows exactly how to treat guests!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It was so easy to arrive at the Siem Reap airport and be picked up by the friendly staff (Mary) who then made our check-in very smooth. The complimentary airport transfers are great and the location is on the airport road towards Siem Reap. It’s a quieter than being in the hubbub of the town, especially after a day of crowds at the temple sites. The pool and bar/cafe was a great place to relax inbetween sightseeing. We enjoyed a massage at the spa and found the staff so pleasant and helpful. They packed breakfast for us when we arranged a 5am start to go early to Angkor Wat. Mr Mara’s tuk tuk was our favourite method of transport as he services the guests and he was a great driver. We had a wonderful stay - it was perfect!
Cons: There was a brilliant range of complimentary products in the bathroom - including foam bath and shampoo. Would have loved to have some conditioner but that wasn’t a major issue.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Large facility areas Very kind staff
Cons: Spa,restaurants,Bar was very expensive
Good 6,3
Pros: The staff were super friendly and helpful, the pool was nice! A little bit dirty but it fine.
Cons: Wi-fi connection is very bad in the room Five start’s hotel breakfast should be much better. The breakfast was very poor. Everything is over priced at this hotel,so we had to go everyday to old city to eat. Only a small bottle of water cost 3 dollers!!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Excellent hotel definitely 5* Staff were exceptional. Free shuttle to downtown in the evening very welcome and efficient free airport pick up.
Good 7,1
Pros: Very impressive outward appearance
Cons: Breakfast not to same standard as either rest of hotel or to similar hotels in Vietnam and Cambodia- limited choice and not always replenished quickly. Plus air conditioning flooded bedroom two mornings running even though reported plus in need of redecorating where worn

Pros: We have stayed 8 days at the hotel and spent a wonderful holiday. The pool villa was beautiful and spacious and the private pool fantastic. Breakfast offered everything from bread, exotic jam, many different kinds of fresh juice, sushi, thai food, salads, bagels and different things from a menu. And very good cappuccino or cafe latte. The staff was absolutely friendly and competent and our personal assistant Saifon made us feel very special. We had dinner at the thai restaurant and enjoyed the various spicy dishes there. The personal at the bar as well was very friendly. The beach was clean and with only few people lovely. Sunset is amazing.

Pros: I travel a lot. And the staff at the Pacific were the most outstanding I've ever encountered. Genuinely kind, caring and helpful people. They constantly went out of their way to make my stay their memorable. Truly exceptional.
Cons: Gym could use some updating. But the spa and sauna are great.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: I like the hospitality of the hotel staff. Shout out to RUDY and SOPHANITH for making our stay fun and enjoyable. You guys made our staycation splendid and fulfilling. One more thing is, I felt at home and comfortable because everyone wears a smile and attended all our needs even from the smallest detail. And the best thing was, our room was upgraded into a suite which made our stay great and amazing. Thank you guys for such a wonderful accomodation. On the other hand, sauna bath, gym, hot and cold jacuzzi, and the swimming pool made our time relaxing and refreshing. This is a hotel worth-coming back. And oh the price... it's fantastic!
Cons: Nothing. All things are great and wonderful.
Good 7,5

Pros: I had stayed in this property several time during last few years, but this time i am most satisfied. I love breakfast, the noodle soup and breads, feeling cozy and relax lying on the balcony bed after my tired meeting day, the sun set the swimming and the garden, it's just so calm and beautiful.
Cons: The welcome fruits, I personally don't like mango, it's just look so yucky,lol...
Okay 4,6
Pros: Free Water
Cons: Key system poor, bed uncomfortable as were the pillows. A/C loud and poor control, light switches a mess, no hot water only luke warm. Breakfast poor selection coffee undrinkable.

Cons: The first room had a big dirty spot on the floor so we had to change to the second room. We had to go to reception to ask for towels since there was no one near the swimming pool and then again when we wanted to order some drinks and food. Drinks and food were expensive. Swimming pool has grease spots all over the floor. Back to the room after taking a shower, the lights in the second room didn't work. Someone came to fix them unsuccessfully for more than one hour while we were waiting in the room. We changed for the third room and there we stayed although some sockets weren't working. Their apology came in a form of a "fruit platter" (3 tiny bananas and 2 old apples). Next morning breakfast didn't let us down: it was as bad as we were expecting. Dirty tables, no cutlery, dirty cups (we had to chose one by one), no spoons despite having yoghurt and cereals. Later we concluded this was a hotel catering to big Chinese groups: decoration was all in Chinese, tables at breakfast were an inch apart and apart from our group of 3 we only saw Chinese in the hotel
Okay 5,8
Pros: The pool area is still nice but like everything else around the hotel, has a worn out appearance. For instance, the outside beds are on the floor with headrests missing. When we stayed here before and the beds were suspended off the floor.
Cons: Cold breakfast. Food left open and burners not lit to keep food warm. Seemed to cater for the mass Chinese market and not westerners. Not as described on booking.com IE:- No shop, no spa/massage parlour, no bar, no ATM or.money exchange facility on site. Dirty table cloths, dirty curtains. Fridge in room not working. The place is run by kids with no oomph, service skills, or thought about them. We have stayed here before, and the deterioration in standards was everywhere.
Mediocre 3,8
Cons: The staff is okay, but they miscalculated the bill

Pros: Very relaxing atmosphere, good food at the restaurant, and good staff. Rooms were spacious and clean.
Cons: No actual sink in the bathroom of the villa room we booked, that was hard to get used to. it is 6 km from siem reap, so if you want to be close to town, this place isn't for you. but if you are looking for a nice relaxing break from busy towns, you will love this place.
