Pros:
That was an incredible hotel. The administration is so kind and caring! We had amazing food, a great pool and a lot of smiles. My 7 years old daughter enjoyed every minute spent in this hotel. If you want to get the place, where you will want to come back - come here.

Pros:
The Property is Amazing. There was a pick up and only charged whilst checking out. The GM personality came down to see that I had a meal and had a breakfast ready for me before my travel for the Angkor Wat Sunrise Tour which was really kind and wonderful. I really do appreciate the help. I also do appreciate Dara for picking me up from Royal Crown Hotel.
Cons:
1. The Location 2. No Restaurant or Food Services as the location is at a remote place 3. No hotel ancillary services like Spa 4. The hotel needs to inform the guest in advance at the time of booking if no restaurant or services are available

Cons:
breakfast not many options - parking a nightmare and poor service checking out disorganized about booking in terms of value for money I would say we over paid about 500% because it was not high quality experience

Pros:
The Breakfast was average but can be improve
Cons:
1. Their is no any CNN, BBC, HBO, Fox, Discovery and other channels which suppose they mention have over 59 channels in their menu. 2. The shower water drainage was clogged so the water exit slowly which I already ask them repair on the 2nd day but still not fix after I check out. 3. I requested a late check out at 130pm as my flight is at 300pm but they cannot arrange and ask me check out at 12pm so I have to sit in the lobby for 1.5hrs waiting the airport shuttle. 4. 5 Star hotel did not accept AMEX card.

Pros:
The team was amazing, super kind! Our room was very clean. The space was great with work station, safe box, big bed and one good bathroom with bathtubs on it. we would strongly recommend you stay in Angkor Miracle Resort & Spa.
Cons:
Unfortunately due to COVID situation, the common areas of the hotel were kept without the lights on (for economic reasons) and the Spa was not operating. We sincerely hope that the situation get better for them, because they are very good professionals and deserve a better moment for the tourism in Siem Reap.

Pros:
We got the Copa Cabana room which is so worth the extra money, opens up to the pool, the room is really big and we got an extra bed as its three of us, the extra bed was very proper, not those fold up beds I was expecting. The pool is really nice, saltwater, very clean, as were all the seats around. Highly recommend this hotel if you just wanna chill
Cons:
a little far from the city.

Pros:
Angkor Miracle Resort is a 4*-Plus hotel by my book. The staff members were very courteous and accommodating. My group stayed in a pool-facing room which was clean & spacious. Restaurant (breakfast & lunch), pool & exercise room were decent. For the price we paid, Angkor Miracle was a great value. However, we will more likely stay in another five-star hotel closer to the park in the future.
Cons:
More discreet guests may find the bed and linen comfortable but definitely not comparable to Heavenly Bed by Westin or alike. We also spotted a small cockroach in the bathroom - but not something we considered unexpected. While Siem Reap is a relatively small town, Angkor Miracle is considerably further (extra 10-15 minutes each way) from other hotels to the Angkor Wat park.
