Pros: Queenstown Park Boutique hotel is the best hotel I have stayed at on my trip to NZ. I really enjoyed my stay here. Everything is perfect about this hotel; clean rooms, helpful staff, and a delicious breakfast. The staff helped me with my reservation and gave me a really nice room, they were also really welcoming and available for assistance at all times. This hotel has a perfect accessible location that is close to the city centre, just a walking distance.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The staff were amazing. Recommended lots of things to do and were helpful in organising. And they all remembered my name. Breakfast was delicious. The drinks and canapés were fabulous for end of the day and to chat to other guests. Especially to get ideas on things to do or not do and as a solo traveller that was really great. I will definitely stay here again.
Cons: That it ended! A couple of times they were a little keen to clean my room in the morning but that’s it.
Okay 5,4
Cons: The pictures and description of the hotel did not march our experience. The room did not have an alpine view it had a view of a breeze block wall. There was also no privacy as people walking outside could see right into the room and some even waved at us! The hotel didn't have another room to allocate to us so we had to move hotels. The staff were lovely but we felt very let down by what we had to experience. The hotel management dealt with the refund without any hassle. Queenstown is beautiful but our view of a breeze block wall was outrageous.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Absolutely excellent hotel - staff amazing, helpful, cheerful, nothing to much trouble and great with our kids. Breakfast was delicious, beautifully cooked and presented, with lots of choices. My family and I stayed in the Tower Suite, both bedrooms had ensuites and there was also an additional powder room. The Kitchen/dining/sitting room was a fantastic addition. Canapes and drinks in the hotel foyer by the fire every night was excellent and a lovely way to meet other guest staying at the hotel. Will stay again soon and highly recommend to all.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Absolutely brilliant. From the moment we arrived we were so impressed. Lenny was so helpful on reception. The drinks and canapes every night was such a nice bonus. And breakfast - wow! This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The location was great - only 5 minutes walk to town and the ski buses. Highly recommend staying here.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Friendly staff, extremely clean, spacious room, easily access to town with in walking distance.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great location
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were nice and clean, staff were very friendly, drinks and nibblies every afternoon were great and breakfast each morning was fantastic. Location was also excellent with plenty of free car parking available onsite.
Cons: Only thing that could make the stay better was some laundry facilities onsite.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Not much not to like. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was plentiful & well prepared. Very clean. Beautifully furnished & well stocked rooms. Comfortable beds. Good cable TV channel selection. Wifi. Free parking. Walk to city centre & foreshore. We celebrated our anniversary here & received a lovely complimentary platter & card just after we arrived. Nightly wine & canapés were a wonderful bonus & chance to mingle with others.
Cons: The only concern was the traffic noise of a night, school directly across the road & people walking pass just outside our window. But we weren’t in the room much & that was minor compared to the quality of everything else.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Breakfast ordered fresh every morning was a real treat
Cons: Not enough seating at canapé time. We came 5 minutes in and there was nowhere for us to sit.

Pros: I broke my wrist skiing while I stayed, the staff were extremely generous and helpful - they made sure I had everything I needed, helped me with my washing, tying up my shoelaces, bringing me tea! The food was fantastic, canapes were delicious and hanging out with the other guests was very fun.
Cons: The bed was firmer than what I'm used to
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The warmest hospitality we have ever received!! The freshly made a-la-carte breakfasts were so delicious and a lot of choices to choose from. Superb lake and mountain view plus modern decor. Very comfortable bed! Highly recommended!!
Cons: nothing
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Loved the breakfast, fantastic that it was all home cooked
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Breakfast was awesome, very intimate, with amazing views. Staff exceptional. The idea of evening canapes and drinks was great. A great place to stay and I'm already of thinking of booking in here again.
Cons: The walk up the hill a few times a day was hard work but the views wouldn't be so good if there was no hill! It was a little more expensive to most hotels I have stayed at for the size/type of room but I think Queenstown is just generally expensive. I would still stay here again.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Hospitality and personal care all the way through. The afternoon drinks and canapés was an excellent touch. All food was home made - sensational!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything was amazing and exceeded our expectation. This has been the best accommodation we have ever been to. The staff are friendly and the food is mouthwatering. My favourite thing though is the homely feel, getting together of an afternoon with others staying there for drinks and canapes.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything, stunning location, great breakfasts and the afternoon drinks were a real highlight! We had a great time.
Cons: The only thing would be that our room didn't have good views, however we were in the cheapest room.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: So many things! The amazing view from the balcony and breakfast area, the breakfast each morning was amazing (such a great selection!), happy hour each evening sampling NZ wines & hors d'oeuvres, comfortable and cosy room, the electric blanket, complimentary chocolates and cookies, lovely staff etc etc :)
Good 7,1
Pros: Good location. Nice Terrace. Very clean.
Cons: Water mixer of bath tub shower was faulty. You can get either hot or cold water. Very difficult to mix. Wash basin also not having water mixer. Slow internet. Staff available till 7pm only
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Location was great and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was good and catered well for gluten intolerance
Cons: Internet was very poor

Pros: As above and no kids very peaceful.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Comfortable and quiet, but walking distance to most everything you want to do in Queenstown. Staff made you feel at home and were very helpful. Even booked our ride to the airport for us! Wish we had more time there to try the outdoor hot tub.
Cons: Had to carry luggage upstairs.
Good 7,9
Pros: Loved the location, mountain views from the rooms and hot tub, lounge area with fireplace, and our room was cosy and well appointed. Staff were really lovely and tried to make up for the hot water issues but couldn’t fix them.
Cons: Only issues we had were with the hot water. 3 out of 6 days we were forced to have cold (literally fully cold) showers, which is completely unacceptable especially at this price point. After a day skiing, finding out there’s no hot water has a big impact on your experience. It was obviously an existing issue when we arrived and consistently affected the other guests too but was not resolved during our stay which was disappointing.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We loved everything about The Dairy! - lovely staff, brilliant greeting & Saibal in particular really went above and beyond with some excellent travel tips and road trip snacks. - location was brilliant, a very short walk to some amazing restaurants, shops & the incredible fergburger! Also a short walk (a few minutes) to the Skyline Gondala. - our room was so comfortable & the homemade cookies on arrival were delicious. - breakfast was absolutely incredible! - facilities at the hotel were the best & everything was spotlessly clean! So much thought goes into every detail! 100% recommended!
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Location, small size and cozy hotel, friendly staff
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Lovely private hotel, attentive staff and delicious breakfast! Bonus that the hot tub had mountain views
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Very good location, short walk into town and no need to deal with parking issues of being in town. Thoughtful staff
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Breakfast was great. Buffet juices, cereals and fruit then we could order hot food off the blackboard. Delicious. Site was perfect for us. A very short walk and we were in the middle of Queenstown shopping centre.
Cons: There was nothing that we didn't like.

Pros: Rooms were great and location handy to town
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Place was awesome I wish when. You search on booking. Com and you click the option spa bath it actually books you a room with a spa I was dissapointed to get too room to have no zspa was misleading in booking. Com part, staff and place ais really good though Unfourtanately the room with the spa was taken so I couldn't get it but I appreciate they tried trccomend to stay
Cons: Just booking. Com
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Very welcoming and the apartment was. Ice and spacious. Good location and the check in helper was keen to show how to get into town.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great place to stay. Nice and warm, comfy and clean. Owners are lovely and would definitely recommend to friends and family and will stay again
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The location is near the lake but not really directly facing the lake. still within walking distance to the city center which great. one of the issue for me is the internet speed...they are quite slow. equipment provided is great.
Cons: as per what I said above, its the internet connection. but other then that it is worth the price property in my opinion
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Room was very warm and heated floor in the bathroom was a real bonus. Staff were very friendly and efficient.
Cons: Thought there was going to be a view of the mountains and lake from the room, unfortunately the rooms are not positioned this way and the outlook is to the houses across the road. You can however see the lake and mountain of you go out onto the balcony
Okay 5,0
Cons: Listed as lake view room so we booked it. The room did not have a lake view. When asked for another room, they told us that is the room we chose.
Okay 4,2
Pros: Location
Cons: Unhappy staff (not customers responsibility to make sure the cat doesn't escape); and no small talk; obtaining information was like pulling teeth. No extractor fans in kitchen or bathroom. Bathroom steamed up and got very wet. Then each day the cleaner left the windows open. Stayed 7 days and only received one change of towels. UHT milk would be nice and a chopping board too.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Location, views, comfortable bed
Cons: Stove

Pros: Great, quiet location within an easy and pleasant walking distance to the centre of Queenstown. All staff were very friendly. We had a wonderful time at Villa Del Lago and will stay there again when we return to Queenstown one day.
Cons: Nothing!
Good 7,9
Pros: The receptionist is very friendly and informativel.
Cons: Toiletries did not meet the expectations for us.

Pros: The room and location were amazing with great service. I only wish we had booked to stay longer!

Pros: Fantastic accommodation. Very clean & fully equipped. Fabulous views. Beautiful 30 minute walk into town. Very cozy. Loved staying here. Wi-Fi was good. Staff friendly. Cleaners did a great job each day. Loved having warm towels.
Cons: Just a little gripe. Would have been good if we could have streamed Netflix. The app is there on the smart tv but couldn't use it.

Pros: Lake view is incredible, especially at sunset.
Cons: Parking is a bit tight.

Pros: Amazing lakefront view, short walk or 5 min drive into Queenstown or to the Airport/Frankston area. Very homely feel
Cons: Nothing to note really

Pros: The location
Cons: The service in the restaurant whilst friendly was incredibly slow we were the only people in there at the time for breakfast and it took more than 30mins for our breakfast to arrive. Our sheets were dirty in our room and when we addressed this with the hotel manager she said that it must have been from the chocolates and basically implied we had made the mess on the sheets, it actually looked like birds poo on the sheets. One of our possessions was removed from our room and the manager again told us their staff are trained not to remove any personal possessions from the room so it couldn't have happened. it did happen it was something that we can only purchase in America and cannot freight here. All in all we were very unhappy with the stay and fro the cost it was not up to standard by any means at all.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The rooms were spacious, beautifully styled and comfortable. Great location in the centre of town. Staff were extremely helpful.
Cons: A little bit pricey but worth the expense.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything
Cons: Not being able to stay longer
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Very comfortable room, amazing shower. Great location. Even though it was in the middle of town it was very quiet.
Cons: Could have had more rubbish bins
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Love the intimate feel of a small boutique hotel. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. My husband has documents that needed to be printed for work and it was done quickly without fess. Drinks from the bar was excellent and breakfast was delicious. Even though we came down late for breakfast, meals were served to us with a smile.
Cons: Nothing. We love the place.

Pros: Great location, friendly staff, complementary mini bar goods.

Pros: The room comfort and the location.
Cons: Noisy at night
Good 6,7
Cons: Waitress at breakfast looked like she had been partying all night, got order wrong, made terrible coffee and provided very little service, had to ask for water and a coffee refil. The restaurant was not busy we were the only ones there. Also pillows need replacing.

Pros: Awesome views of the mountains, great onsite parking, rooms serviced daily.
Good 7,9
Pros: Good location, pretty good value. No nasty surprises which many hotels can provide.

Excellent 9,6
Pros: Modern clean and comfortable. Great room facilities. Incredible views of the mountains. Easy check in and out.
Cons: 2 flights of stairs to the top level unit but fine if physically able and worth the view!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Views were amazing! Closeness to town. Friendly staff.
Cons: Shower leaked.
Good 7,9
Pros: No Breakfast Location great But would have loved to be told about Bus travel on arrival Bus almost to the door but much cheaper than Cab once we found out about it
Cons: The shower based leaked in unit 9 Needs resealing as comes from the Base NOT shower door Constantly wet Apparently is NOT a new problem
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The amazing views of the mountains and then clean tidy rooms. The underfloor heating was nice to have in the bathroom.
Cons: Myself and my partner would have liked slightly firmer and puffier pillows however we were still really happy with what we had.
Okay 5,4
Cons: Small dark room hidden in the corner of the back of the property with no natural light. Small bed too.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: On arrival we were met with a very pleasant staff member who up graded us to a room with cooking facilities which we used and liked very much. Room was cleaned everyday and therefore lovely to come back to after a big day sking. The ski and boot drying storage room was a great bonus. Overall we loved stay there.

Good 7,9
Pros: The location was perfect, umbrellas were provided which was great as one day it rained. Staff were friendly.
Cons: Room was a little tired in decoration, as was the bathroom. the bed pillars were a little soft for us I would of been a nice touch to put a biscuit with the tea/coffee.

Pros: The woman working in the reception was new, but went above and beyond to make us comfortable. When she found out that we were leaving before breakfast time she offered to make us sandwiches the night before. She was lovely and made us feel cared for!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Warm clean room and comfortable bed. Great shower. Great healthy continental breakfast
Cons: Nothing negative
Excellent 10,0
Pros: How close it was to Queenstown
Cons: No
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Breakfast with a pot of tea and coffee was fine. The environment of the rooms with light coloured wood was peaceful. The heated floor tiles in the bathroom was a little bit of luxury. All of the staff were helpful and chatty.
Cons: There wasn't anything that we didn't like.
Good 7,1
Pros: Close to town.
Cons: A little over priced for the facilities
Good 7,9
Pros: The location was amazing, 2 minute walk into town and right near the gardens and lake. Lovely view from the little balcony. The staff were just lovely and so helpful all the time. Anna is a super star. :) The rooms were very spacious and very clean. The staff really do a wonderful here.
Cons: While the rooms were very spacious and well equipped, they really need a good overhaul. Our fridge was broken the whole time so we weren’t able to make the most of cooking at home and using the little kitchenette. The bathroom tap was also broken but still useable. We also had to fix the shower rose by screwing it back on. The beds were nice old and saggy in the middle. We didn’t let this dampen our stay though, I image with a little TLC these rooms would be brilliant.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Close to town, clean and comfortable. The staff were great and very helpful.
Good 7,9
Pros: The location was brilliant, just a short walk into the centre of town. The room was large and comfortable with a cute little balcony for a morning coffee. I would stay here again, over all it was good value for the money.
Cons: house keeping was short staffed and didn't always do the best job of making up the room.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Bed was super comfy, the underfloor heating was amazing. Staff super friendly. Would recommend
Cons: N/A
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Location to the city was great. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Underfloor heating in the bathroom was great. Nice warm room with the heaters.
Cons: We had a room adjoining another and we could hear the guests in the other room talking, so didn't feel very private, and there was no gap cover on the bottom of our entry door, meaning we could hear everything in the corridor outside our room. Also we were on a ground floor room and we could hear EVERY step the guests upstairs made because of the wood flooring.

Pros: Spacious, very well equipped, very handy to town, good parking
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very clean and I love the bed! Very comfortable
Good 7,5
Pros: The place was nicely warm on the arrival. I like that! The man at the reception was friendly and helpful The bedding was clean, and crispy. The bedroom was reasonably quiet The airport bus stop was conveniently in 2 min walk-just around the corner-which was excellent!
Cons: A few little things: 1) no toilet brash (u can’t clean after done number 2, it is not nice not only because some one else has to do it after you-which seems mean, but also each time you come to use the toilet-it is not clean :-( since u have nothing to fix it with) 2) the quality of the towels washing was not very good-all the white towels not only had greyish Tinto to them, but also had stains) 3) it would be good to have a sign to put out on the door with options: “Please clean my appartments” and “no need to clean today, thank u” it would be helpful to the staff and for the environment (I stayed by myself, and was hardly there-there was no need to keep changing the rubbish bags (and pollute environment) while all the was in a bag just a used tea bag and a couple of pieces of paper)
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Nice big warm apartment
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Proprietors were very welcoming and obliging. Good location. Quiet, roomy, comfortable units. Two TVs was unexpected although we weren't in the unit much to watch them. Good value for money and we would certainly stay here again.
Cons: The dessert bowls are tiny (we had to fill then twice to get our usual breakfast helping). The bathroom needs an extractor fan and a toilet brush. The daily housekeeping was random - bed was made some days not others; the tea/coffee was replenished some days not others.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great value, friendly hosts, lovely and clean, close to town centre and easy check in.
Cons: Nothing to comment
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Breakfast is not applicable. No breakfast is served here. What I liked most is the close proximity of this motel to all that I wanted to see and enjoy, ie the Gondola, the river cruise and above all it was so close to food outlets in town, and their available parking at the motel just tops it up.
Cons: If they could consider offering breakfast on site.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Nice and warm apartment, easy walking distance from town centre
Cons: Bathroom looks a bit dated but still nice powerful shower
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Nice spacious living area and big bathroom with lots of heaters. Beautiful views of queenstown! Decent kitchen facilities. Walking distance into main town centre/lakefront.

Cons: Transfers add up and airport two mile drive is $28 NZ
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We wanted something a little bit special for our stay in Queenstown and the Hilton went above and beyond. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a bigger room and this has never happened to us before. Stunning room, amazing scenery, fantastic breakfast and facilities. Loved, loved, loved our time here.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The rooms are big, clean and stunning views. A nice pool and sauna too. A little coffee shop was really close to our room too which was very convenient
Good 6,7
Pros: Room was delightful with great views but you do pay a lot for it!
Cons: WE arrived around 11.30 and found the service at the reception average, (we had an issue at our last place with no hot water due to a fault so I rang the Hilton around 10 am and asked if we may be able to check in earlier, and I explained the reason why). When we arrived the girl at reception advised the room was vacated and would try to get house keeping on to it, this was encouraging. However after an hour I checked and nothing had been done, I explained our plight of not having hot water at our previous hotel and we really would love to really freshen up and change clothing, WE did get advised the spa and pool area we could get into, but we really wanted to get into our suitcase and choose a change of clothing, etc. Still no luck, I tried about an hour later and they kept saying they would try, We felt they were not trying especially as the room had been empty since around 11.30. I had to keep approaching reception to see if it was ready and at around 2.40 finally our room ready and we could go up! So we had sat for around 2 hours waiting! Ruined our day for sure. By this time we were a bit down and ordered room service, nothing flash about it very basic and as it only had some monofoil wrapped around it was only warm. Next day we went down to breakfast it had stated it was served until 10.30 so we got there around 10. we had decided just to share our breakfast as we didnt want to0 much, we asked how big the serving was for the bircher muesli she said it was a smallish sort of bowl so decided one each and we asked for a omelette with various fillings and two slice of toast, we also said we would have our coffees with the omelette. We waited around 15 mins for the bircher muesli to arrive, it was a bowl that could have fed four people easily and there was two of them!!, then almost immediately the omelette arrived, then the coffees, we sent back the omelette and coffees, Poor service and when they brought them back they had been placed under a heat lamp, TERRIBLE
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Very close to airport. Lake views all around. Stunning. We walked to airport to collect hire car on our second day via the walking tracks took 15mins. Hotel is right on the water- the fire pit bar is great. Water taxi $10 return for guests. Last one leaves Queenstown wharf at 9.45pm. Great way to get to Town and keep out of tourism central.
Cons: The restaurant there had awesome food but lacking service the night we went
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The breakfast was relish, room view was great, nice space.
Cons: A blanket in the room would have bee nice touch - for sitting on the couch or on the bed.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Room and quite location.
Cons: Parking.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Beautiful location, great to have a few restaurants to choose from. Our room location was excellent for getting to the underground parking at the double tree and the Lake Counter Cafe. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud and the pillow menu is a nice touch. Huge bathroom and very stylish room with a lovely fireplace. A car is an absolute must, but the water taxi is a great alternative for only $10 return.
Cons: We stayed with approx 10 other couples and the way some guests were treated was very different. We all paid a very similar amount for our 8 days stay yet some on arrival received wine and macarons, others got bottles of water and chocolates every morning and some (like us) barely got fresh towels and toiletries even when requested. The paid parking at the double tree is fairly expensive and it would be nice if the Hilton made an effort to discount the rate for buying a multi day parking pass since it’s impossible to get a free park.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything was spot on. The reception gentleman recognized it was my birthday on my driving license and offered an upgrade. It was just perfect.
Cons: A shuttle to the airport thats all.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Breakfast was great, staff is alwyas friendly accomodating, not one person had a frowney face! loved it.
Cons: none. was perfect.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Good rooms. Everything clean and tidy.
Good 7,1
Pros: The staff worked hard to make right the issue we had. The Hotel was very well presented and the bed was very comfortable!!
Cons: The aircon in the room made a loud clicking noise during the night. It was so loud it woke us up. On the third night we were changed to another room which also did this. By the fourth night we had a wonderful room and actually slept. The staff tried hard to make right the issue considering they were fully booked. Unfortunately the location isn't great as is far away from the town itself.

Pros: Very quiet place with good facilities. Beds were pretty comfortable. Nice view from bar. Most of the staff were really nice and helpful. Nice selection of teas and coffee. Very warm
Cons: Only dumper shower head in shower. Charge to remove minibar. Seat at table a little slippery for the kids
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very clean cozy property We were so warm had everything we needed Amazing price and plenty of parking Very comfortable beds The food was insane we had a family feast for dinner and it was the most beautiful food The breakfast was also just as lovely Even if I wasn’t staying at Sherwood I’d actually come for breakfast and dinner We had our two girls with us they were amazing with the kids We sent them down to reception every morning and they collected the fresh milk bottles complements of Sherwood
Cons: The only and I mean only thing I didn’t like was the shower it might be me being a little precious But I hated it was a stainless steel bottom shower it just made me feel like it was a public shower But apart from that’s it it was a perfect place
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The breakfast was exceptional!
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Resturant amazing, venue brilliant, the old motel has been done up to look modern and they have done a good job- if your wanting modern chik hotel, it's not your place, but a rustic clean warm cabin feel with a great calming effect big thumbs up Breakfast and great coffee YES
Cons: Parking at times can be a problem at night
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The breakfast was the best buffet we have ever had. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Excellent 8,3
Cons: Nothing bad, just a note that the light cover in the bathroom of room 8 needs was missing a screw and is hanging down
Good 7,1
Cons: I understood what the Sherwood was doing with their renovation but not touching the bathrooms was a mistake. It felt like I was showering at a school camp, to much change in temperature and the shower curtain made it way to tight.
Good 7,5
Pros: Comfortable & trendy hotel
Cons: Pricing in restaurant and selection of foods
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I loved the design of the rooms.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great stay at the Sherwood. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a friendly smile and a room upgrade. The presentation of the room was immaculate and looked just like the photos. The staff at reception were awesome and would highly recommend staying here. It is slightly out of town but if you have your own car you get your own park which is just such an added bonus! Would stay here again for sure!
Cons: The rooms are quite dark but they do have a lot of lighting that lightens it but that would be my only critic.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The bed was super comfy, nearly didn’t want to leave! The bathroom was nice and clean. The hotel style was super cute and the fire pit near the reception was a lovely touch in the cold weather, offering a free mulled wine was a nice surprise.

Excellent 9,6
Pros: Breakfast was excellent selection, location great not too close to town
Cons: The shower rose on first day was blocked and did not spray as expected, made staff aware of this , next night was better but could have still been better. ie: did not match the expected standard or match the pressure of the unit next door when I compared with our other party.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The Lakeview bedroom that we had been upgraded to was spectacular. The staff were very helpful with all matters and questions, including when our bedroom lights weren't working. They also have bikes for hire. The buffet breakfast was incredible and definitely worth it. This hotel was great last minute choice by my partner!
Cons: Not exactly in the centre of town but this was a perk.
Good 6,7
Pros: Room was quite small for two of us in single beds, but otherwise comfortable and well-appointed.
Cons: Showerhead was only a hand-held shower that only sprayed water directly at the wall. Reported this to management and I hope it gets addressed!
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Location and amenities
Cons: Nothing

Pros: The location
Excellent 10,0
Pros: So comfortable and the lady there was so helpful
Good 7,9
Pros: Handy to the airport and loads of parking, nice and quiet from road noise, comfy and warm beds.
Cons: Was double booked through website / App and venue wouldn't cancel one booking, rooms have thin walls and can hear the people next door in there rooms. For this price and venue would have expected better coffee condiments in the room.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Heater on so room warm. May have been accidental, but electric blanket on. Absolutely all amenities one could wish for. Very very impressed and the amenities excellent, winter or summer.
Cons: Only one suggestion. In the bathroom, there needs to be a small shelf near basin to put tooth paste, contact lens equipment, men's razor or toilet bag etc. No where to put them, especially as basin is very curved where the soap goes. Doesn't need to be too big, and in our unit,#7, it could be placed under the mirror or to the left of the basin..
Good 6,3
Cons: Only had a Chromecast for TV. Not even freeview was available.
Good 6,7
Pros: Easy to find.
Cons: Tiny room with few facilities. Small fridge and only tea and coffee making facilities. No working TV.
Good 7,9
Pros: -clean room -staff was very helpful -good facilities -was upgraded to a more private room
Cons: -original room was seperated by a thin sliding door to the kitchen of another room where you could hear people and didn't feel very secure.
Okay 5,4
Cons: Very loud due to main road just outside and room was separated from other room by a sliding door which you could still see through the gap.
Good 7,1
Pros: Great location
Cons: The room was very cold and took some time to heat with the high ceilings. We had elderly people with us and the stairs although they could manage was possibly not really suitable for their needs
