Pros: What was no to like?! The access to kayaks and stand up paddle boards was great and the wifi excellent!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Look straight out over the waters of Port Vila. Great sandy area in front of the room. Hammocks, free paddle boards and kayaks. you can watch the crabs, and see locals fishing. There are coconuts in the tree! Staff are happy and helpful. This property is within easy walking distance of a number of restaurants. It is ten to fifteen minutes walk to the local supermarket. The staff helped us organise transport to other parts of the island. Breakfast served by the pool is beautifully done. I was surprised at the amount of garden around the property.
Cons: A broken snib or lock on the bi-fold doors.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Fatumaru is a perfect accomodation on the waters edge, close to the town centre. The staff are professional, helpful and will do everything to make your stay perfect. Hello to Jennifer,Julie,Mary and Rae! The rooms are large and well stocked with kitchenware ,the gardens and pool are maintained very well. It is peaceful and the views from the balcony are lovely. The breakfast is delicious too. I recommend Fatumaru without hesitation.
Good 7,9
Pros: It is very handy for town visiting staff are great and has good breakfast.
Cons: Located in a no swim area.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The bed was amazingly comfortable, and incredible views. The staff went out of their way to help us at every opportunity! We were really appreciative of their efforts to help us have a wonderful time. And as it was our honeymoon, they welcomed us with a bottle of cold champagne!
Excellent 8,3
Pros: We stayed in the 2 BR Efate suite which was enormous, a real bonus on the couple of wet days. Huge balcony with pleasant filtered views out to the bay. Staff were really helpful. Beds could be a little more comfortable. Full kitchen and enormous shower. Short walk to town and many good restaurants.
Cons: Very little, being extra picky we would have liked 4 SUP's so whole family could go out together and more comfortable mattress would be great.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Great situation easy to walk to local restaurants bars v clean
Cons: Only fault breakfast ordered for first morning and confirmed by properly was not available.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: well appointed and very comfortable, well built. The staff were very helpful.
Cons: Nothing!
Good 7,9
Pros: We had plenty of space in our two bedroom apartment. Appreciated the well-stocked kitchenette with double burner, microwave and fridge. We enjoyed using the canoes and paddleboards on the lagoon. It is a decent walk into the centre of Vila, but it was great being so close to the wonderful French bakery.
Cons: Location is a little bit out of the way. Breakfast was expensive so we self-catered. Wifi was a bit hit-and-miss, though certainly better than the other places we have stayed in Vanuatu.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Beautiful and romantic setting right on the sea. Lovely studio - you can feel a lot of thought was put in every detail. The staff is very warm and helpful.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Perfect location, love listening to the waves at night and went for a nice walk along the beach. Staff were awesome.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Beachfront location and apartment was spacious and clean.
Cons: Wasn’t told about the electric gate at the front and was not given the access key, so on our first day there we went out into port villa and returned around 7pm to a locked gate. After talking to local kids on bicycles they told us we could walk around the beach and gain access from the beachfront. Was not happy walking around in the dark especially as it was our first night and did not know the area. Could of been avoided with simple communication when we checked in.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Friendly staff, gorgeous pool and views, great food, excellent prices. Great room set up with fantastic facilities. Highly recommend!
Cons: First transfer to the hotel didnt show, the transfer to the airport only showed because I rang the number on the side of the van as they were 20 minutes late.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Yummy breakfast with lots of variety, Amazing views, Great equipment to borrow for island activities.
Okay 5,8
Pros: The staff were friendly and the location was stunning.
Cons: The fittings and fixtures need attention. The toilet didn’t work at all, zero water/flush and the bathroom sink tap was falling off. Would have been five star accomadation 15 years ago but hasn’t been maintained.
Good 7,9
Pros: Breakfast was an excellent continental style. All you can eat buffet with a good range of options. Location is excellent. Hideaway Island is a wonderful haven for water sports. Snorkelling is very easy with a reef and abundant fish just a few metres of the beach.
Cons: We booked a Beach Lodge, which has shared facilities. The bathrooms were not particularly clean, seemed to only be cleaned once per day which is not enough when used by a number of lodges. Our lodge was in poor condition inside. They seem to be renovating them and we got the last one that has not been renovated yet. The one next to us was in much better condition and was empty for the whole of our stay. We booked the Melanesian Banquet evening on Thursday. Having done something similar in Hawaii, we expected a veritable feast and an entertainment extravaganza. We were disappointed on both counts. The food consisted of some strange dishes so were not sure what we were eating. Nothing on the buffet that we felt we wanted to go back for a second helping of. Which was just as well because they cleared it all away while we were eating. The entertainment consisted of the resort staff singing and dancing around a fire. The meal and entertainment were all over within an hour, which seemed quite brief given the cost of the event.
Good 7,9
Pros: The snorkeling right out front was calm and good, feel worlds away on the island but your not! So very affordable and they gave many of us our own cabin!
Cons: Explanation of what to do when dropped At the jetty not just left ! Was easy once I knew.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The super-friendly staff who made us feel so welcome and at home, especially the wonderful Stella in Reception, Josh, Veronique, Richard and all the other staff in the kitchen and behind the bar, Roy on the ferry and Brian and Greg in the Dive shop, plus all the other happy friendly staff who's names I didn't catch. The fish we could see snorkelling just off shore were spectacular and we even saw a couple of turtles! The included glass bottomed boat tour, snorkel safari and the use of snorkel equipment, kayaks and stand-up-paddleboards meant we were never bored and spent so much time in or on the water. Stella's village walk is a must if you have the time. It really helped us to appreciate the struggles the local villagers have endured especially since cyclone Pam. That we could walk to the Cascades from the ferry was a bonus too!
Cons: Don't forget to bring reef shoes.....the coral on the beach is sharp!!!
Okay 5,4
Pros: I've seen this resort passing by and it looks very nice.
Cons: Had to cancel my reservation a week before my reservation but couldn't get my money back. To be fair, this is clearly stated in their policy. I just wish they were a bit more forgiving.
Good 6,7
Pros: The snorkeling was good with a lot of different fish. There was a variety of activities available. The place was small so it was easy to get to and try everything.
Cons: The accommodation was quite tired and in need of a refresh. The cleanliness of our bungalow was below par.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The location, the view from the room, the room
Cons: The booking staff was very slow to answer and didn’t take into account my requests. I had to contact her a few times before getting an answer and finally getting one of my requests into account.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We loved everything above Hideaway Island. We stayed in a beach villa which exceeded our expectations by far. It was perfect for our family (two boys). We loved the freedom the children had to play on the beach especially while we were waiting for our beautiful evening meals. The coconut curry was superb! Our boys (4 and 6) loved waking up and heading out for a kayak then a snorkel. The staff are fabulous, super friendly and great with kids. We loved our stay and highly recommend it to other families. Don’t forget your reef shoes, they are a must!!!
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The snorkelling is really good. Staff are welcoming and helpful
Cons: nothing we dislike really. Overall a great experience

Good 7,9
Pros: food on the whole was good, we were happy with staff especially Moana the liaison officer for guests. service to and fro jetty was prompt the little cottages were very comfortable and clean.
Cons: the breakfast was not up to scratch, the juices were too cordially, the choice of fruit was poor considering the markets were just across the bay. When we ordered smoothies from the bar they were mostly cordial, not a lot like a smoothie should be. We had squabbles with ordering wine during happy hour, there should have been a clearer understanding of which wines were included. The grounds around resort were looking a bit unloved with broken light fittings etc. The snorkel gear was not clean and needed replacing, especially the snorkels (mine had mould in the shaft) and my partners was broken. THE SWIMMING POOL WAS too chlorine and put us off swimming.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The breakfast was good, fruits were great . Snorkeling and kayaking were fun. Very nice location and swimming there is pleasant .
Cons: having some cheese wouldn't hurt for breakfast. The bar fridge needs upgrading, barely cools and please, there should be an bottle opener in the room!
Good 7,5
Pros: Nice snorkelling area Friendly staff Clean facilities Beach bbq and entertainment was great
Cons: Food and beverages at the resort were very expensive $5aud for a 600ml bottle of water.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location, rooms, staff and activities that included for free at anytime.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Great room with comfortable beds, good view and a really lovely balcony.
Cons: The pool restaurant was terrible and both my husband and I got food poising during our stay. The resort also had major problems with the water when we were there, there was no water during a whole evening and our toilet didn't work the next day. We understand that things can happen, but we didn't get very much information when it happened.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The resort itself was breathtaking, the facilities and the rooms were just as depicted on the photos, and the view from the island is beautiful!
Cons: Not all staff is fluent in both English and French. They could work a bit more in the reception of guests, as we didn’t receive an appropriate greeting until we told them that we were overnight guests. Internet was terrible on the property.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Loved everything else, still had a fantastic holiday
Cons: Hot water for showers was LUKE WARM almost every day. One day no hot water at all, couldn't shower that day. Purchasing anything at all on the Island was very expensive. We hardly bought a thing whilst staying there. Every night could hear the loud music from the "Club It" night club across the water on the other side of the main land. Started around 10pm and ran through to approx 3-4am each night.
Mediocre 2,5
Pros: Only facilities to like here. All the rest - just avoid. It's not a 5-star hotel.
Cons: No or poor WiFi. No welcoming water. No minibar. Worst staff ever - they don't care about you. Simply. Water needs to be bought at a casino for $4 or through room service with a surcharge of $6, so for $10!

Pros: The staff could not have done more for us. Exceptional, very friendly service. Just amazing. The resort is gorgeous. The accommodation needs a little updating.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The overwater villa was beautiful and the interior was very clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and always looking to help make our stay better. The perfect Honeymoon spot!
Cons: Food was ok, for the prices I would have liked a little better quality, or perhaps even introducing a ‘cafe’ style cheaper menu.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Staff is friendly, good place when you have kids.
Good 7,9
Pros: Friendly staff. Big pool. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Cons: Food a little pricey, no good beach.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Staff were friendly
Cons: There wasn't a free shuttle included into town
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Convenient location Friendly staffs Good pool, gym and beach atmosphere Casino in the resort amenity
Cons: I liked everything
Okay 4,0
Pros: No they were too big and not flaky, humidity got them. Pancakes very chewy. Rooms very tired, everything looks like it needs a good scrub and paint, this is the bedroom wing I am talking about. Rooms very small. 2 decent beds and there it ends. Bathroom the size of a cruise ship with shower over bath so water everywhere and not easy for old people as I am. No lifts and a lot of stairs to restaurant and many more down to the pool. Lovely grounds but would not rate it, only as expensive. Advertise airport shuttle but there isn’t one, you have to taxi
Cons: Above all explained
Good 7,9
Pros: Friendly staff, good facilities for families
Cons: A bit dated but comfortable
Good 7,1
Pros: Honeymooners "special" Room very clean. privacy. space in the room. bathroom size and options (shower and hot tub) access to water. shuttle service. wifi.
Cons: Very little smiles from the staff (they are free!) General superficiality. Nothing walkable distance out of resort Gym Old bathroom
Good 6,7
Pros: Staff were helpful and the location was good. Also nice pool area and water activities.
Cons: Rooms were very dated - fuzzy TV, no safe (contrary to what was advertised), shower curtain broken (though was replaced midway through stay). Restaurant food pretty ordinary for the price.

Pros: Everything was brilliant, staff, food, etc. We would have no hesitation in recommending Poppy’s to anybody.
Cons: Loved everything.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Poppy’s is located close enough to town to access all the excitement of the other bars/restaurants but also far enough away to feel like you are on your own personal island. The resort staff are incredible and give Vanuatu itself a wonderful name. The gardens are outstanding and we spent hours walking the property. As a young family, we found having our own kitchen and space very accommodating. We will definitely be back.
Cons: Lighting in the bathrooms.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Location was great with the little beach by the lagoon. Kids went jet biking and loved it. Pool was great but needed more lounge chairs as lots of families there. Food was good, staff very friendly and the cocktails were yummy. Only here 2 nights as been in Vanuatu 12 days and this was a relaxing end to our holiday. The security guards kindly carried all our bags up to the car at 4.30am for us. Thanks guys
Cons: We had a 3 bed villa so thought there would be clothes washing facilities or at least a guest laundry to use. Need to pay the ladies to wash the clothes which would be expensive if staying there for extended period of time especially with kids. Need more staff on at breakfast as had to wait nearly 20 minutes for plates and then another 20 minutes for food/coffee to be restocked.
Good 7,5
Pros: Family friendly
Good 7,9
Pros: The staff were so beautiful, friendly, helpful, and very hard working Tankyu tumas Location was well placed for access to town and other areas The complimentary breakfast was much appreciated
Good 7,5
Pros: Breakfast was pretty basic and most days we had to wait for fruit, coffee, bread to be replenished so we could eat.
Cons: Laundry facilities could have been included. A shuttle bus to town bearing in mind that hill to get out of the property.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Close to the water, Nice people, the food was good
Cons: At our room there was no wifi so we had to be in the main area to connect to wifi. We needed some information for the next location so we were dependent on wifi since we didn’t have any mobile service.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The rooms are nestled in a really beautiful garden setting. Our room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and well manored. The Cheff Mr White knows how to cook. His meals were spot on. All too often a restaurant will take your order for a medium rare steak and deliver a burnt offering but not at Poppy's. Great dining.
Cons: The broadband available was very slow and even the paid BB was undeliable in our room. We experienced some difficulty in controlling the hot water in our shower.
Good 7,1
Pros: Location to town, easy walk. Culture shock between resort and town. Feel very privileged to have grown up in Australia. Bed was comfortable, not as large as appeared in photos. It was a queen, looked like king, but again, was comfortable. Thick pillows. We always byo but FYI for other travellers. Quite spacious. Small wardrobe, no draws. 4 night stay would have been nice to unpack. Air conditioning was valued. Overall good room, lovely view, good light with balcony doors open. Quite clean. Information folder in the room was one of the best I've ever seen. Comprehensive, well presented, up to date and useful! Some movies available at reception ( in the event of a rain,y day). Sport hut was disappointing in terms of snorkelling gear and reef shoes. Would suggest byo. Continental breakfast was Adequate. Restaurant is in great location on beach. Spotlessly clean. First time in port villa. I think it was one of the nicer 3 star hotels. And while it's a 15 minute walk into town, there isn't lots to do in town so retreating to a nice resort after exploring PV was good. Didn't discover any great restaurants in town so were happy to eat dinner here and not walk in the dark. Just one negative. There seemed to be a bit of noise from barking dogs throughout the night. We love dogs but it got a bit annoying. Not Poppy's fault. Would recommend this property.
Cons: Shower screen needs replacing (mould and soap scum build up. Barking dogs through the night.
Excellent 8,8

Pros: Beautiful gardens...delicious food...lovely staff...restaurant on the lagoon...exceptional hosts
Cons: Staying longer
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Tours were bookable from the resort, without extra charge and added to the bill. My partner loved the seafood. I’m not into it and there wasn’t much else to choose from tho. Buses go right by the door and will stop for you anywhere. Low cost. Resort has swimming in the Lagoon (but no pool). Has kayaks (although we didn’t get time for them!). Beautiful tropical gardens and lagoon outlook.
Cons: Limited menu (if you don’t like seafood). Not a ‘resort’ in the true sense, but still very pleasant.
Good 7,1
Pros: The owners and staff were wonderful, our seven days included five days of rain. The breakfast was great.
Cons: The grounds were disappointing, no open areas, just coral paved tracks through tropical bush. Swimming pool is very small, even by domestic standards, two people and its full. Air conditioning is an extra cost, we could not locate the remote, another 500 vatu per day. The open air restaurant and bar is uncomfortable in the rain. TV would have been great, given the rain. In hindsight Tropicana would have been a better choice. Restaurant prices similar to Blue Marlin in town, with Chantilly providing a lovely seafood platter for two for 8000 vatu.
Good 7,5
Pros: The setting is superb with over water dining and tropical gardens, food was good although alittle expensive, service good, cleanliness good.
Cons: Accomodation is looking a little dated, food and drink a little expensive.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Loved the room, owners and location easy to get around and food was excellent and the sunsets for our balcony
Good 7,9
Pros: Peaceful location on the lagoon
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Huge room, nice view and really friendly staff. The breakfast was also delicious ! I recommend it 100%
Good 7,5
Pros: Liked the rooms at the back of the property away from the restaurant meals lovely
Cons: Rooms above kitchen and looks out over restaurant between trees not a lagoon view room as advertised but as I said really liked the back units
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The staff were excellent. The food was outstanding.
Cons: Thought breakfast should have been included
Excellent 9,2

Pros: The Grand Hotel is an excellent place to stay in Port Vila. The staff were very friendly and the Reception upon arrival and Departure was First Class.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Breakfast menu has not changed in eight years but good.
Good 7,9
Pros: Expresso martinis were great on thursday night
Cons: Service at bar was slow .
Excellent 8,3
Pros: To be Vanuatu I love to have a nice shower with a nice flow of the water, an hotel room, great view. The restaurant is very expensive for Vanuatu but the quality is good and breakfast super especially the croissants. Staff is good and we have booked some activities with them and they were really nice and open to suggestions. Same for the waitress always smiling and professional. Location is perfect in Port Vila.
Mediocre 3,3
Pros: Smiling staff
Cons: The price booked on booking was not the same as the price I had to pay. They charged me much more than the price I selected on booking website. There were no internet in room. Very disappointing !
Excellent 8,3
Pros: The lift ! A bonus for moving bags and quick access to our room. Balcony for meals, found the dining area a bit chilly.
Cons: The Hotel is in a central town position, nearby music was a pain in the late evening, however was not noticed with the ranchslider closed.
Okay 5,0
Pros: Modern hotel with an execellent breakfast offering.
Cons: Aircon struggled to keep the room cool. Reception and foyer stinks of smoke from the Casio. Telephone did not work in my room. Room service tried to deliver my rather average hamburger to the wrong room and the burger was subsequently delivered cold. Hotel double charged me for the room which I corrected on my return to Australia (refund was provided).
Good 6,3
Pros: View from the room was good. Staff were friendly enough. Location was good as it is right in the main part of Port Vila
Cons: Very quiet nothing to really do in the hotel. Pokies were very aged and had a lot of issues. Not like the photos show in the advertising for the hotel. We tried to access the rooftop high rollers area and were denied entry with no reasoning
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Great location in the centre of town. Easy access to most things. Buffet breakfast as part of the deal and the meals we had at the hotel were the best in town by far. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and treated us like movie stars. Awesome experience.
Cons: did not have a bad experience so could not ask for more
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Best Location - handy to everything. Amazing views from the balcony Restaurant was great - reasonable prices & the food was delicious
Cons: It’s a standard hotel room size. Nothing in the minibar. But the view from the balcony is amazing.

Pros: It was all that we wanted. We spent 10 nights there. Super clean, super friendly staff, all day menu at the bar with really good prices. Breakfast was included and delicious, all made fresh. Also they have some other options if you don’t want the buffet such a omelet, eggs Benedict etc. We got room service every morning. I will recommend this place for everyone who visit Port Vila. The barbecue nights are really nice, all the cultural presentation with music and dancing was incredible and you can eat all you can for a good price to. I would like to say again that the staff was very friendly, always with a smile on the face and happy to look after you to help. Close enough to the centre And restaurants. Two blocks away from the biggest supermarket in town and also a car rental. Pool was really clean and the staff clean it every day.
Cons: Nothing
Good 7,1
Cons: my adapter was left at hotel room after check out at 10:00 , i did stay at hotel up to 2:00pm, they did not give my adapter back!!!
Good 7,9
Pros: Well located, Casa Mia restaurant is excellent, good breakfast.
Cons: 5% credit card surcharge - pure profit-taking and out of line with what other places charge. Food at poolside restaurant was average.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Yummy
Cons: Nothing everything was excellent
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Facilities are good. Buffet and swimming pool are right in front of my room. Staffs have been really helpful. The last day they helped me to call bus with only 150vt to airport. Normally you will be charged way more than that since you are a tourist.
Cons: All good
Excellent 10,0
Cons: The internet is only available in the lobby and not in the rooms.
Good 7,9
Pros: The staff and the house wine
Cons: The menu was very limited .... at night burgers, fish and chips and pizza mainly No real vegetarian options except pizza Certainly would live more options
Okay 5,0
Pros: Bath in room not proper shower only 2 pillows out dated fixtures
Cons: Minimal
Excellent 8,8
Cons: Good location
Good 7,5
Pros: The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. It's a nice space to eat in.
Cons: The major complaint I have is about the poor internet quality. Unfortunately it has been poor on both of my visits this year, and it is frustrating and inefficient when I need access to good-quality internet.
Good 7,5
Pros: Breakfast is fine. plenty of choice and a nice place to eat. The hotel is in a good location.
Cons: As mentioned in another review, the internet quality is poor, and this is a negative.
Good 7,4
Pros: Staff and pool
Cons: Bed . Food and internet

Pros: Good location
Cons: Very noisy through the walls.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: The manager was friendly. The location good Some general improvements will be a good idea.
Cons: Wear and tear appears on the equipment, which I am sure is known factor
Okay 5,4
Cons: Room wasn't cleaned the first day Pillows old and uncomfortable Toilet running all the time had to turn it off manually Remote on TV didn't work
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Lovely tropical garden and clean swimming pool. The kitchen was properly equipped with even basic ingredients to prepare your own food. Gabi was very friendly and helpful, and would give you many tips about the island, car rentals,... if you ask.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Great staff who were very friendly and helpful, very pleasant place with a swimming pool, great to have a kitchen to cook in and meet other people.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Location is very convenient, easy walking distance from Port villa centre
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Wonderful staff, free coffee and tea, nice pool, well situated - easy to grab a bus from there
Cons: One could invest a bit of money to make it easily even better. Bathroom was long time not used I guess before we arrive. Some dead insect but that’s Vanuatu ;)
Good 7,5
Pros: A clean, simple motel, close to the CBD. The best part is the staff. Gabby and the team are a delight; super helpful and great communication
Cons: TV in rooms not working and the ceiling fan needed an overhaul as it didn't operate very well
Okay 4,2
Cons: The room was dirty, cockroaches throughout. The bed was dirty so I covered my pillow with a towel provided, to then realise it was still damp and we hadnt used the shower or towels at all. Aircon didn't work and fan sounded like a generator.
Good 7,1
Pros: Gabby and the staff (Agnes in particular) were super helpful and responsive. Location is also great; conveniently close to the airport and centre if town.
Cons: Property could do with some general repair and fixing up. The fan in my room, as well as the toilet and vanity faucet didn’t work very well. Sink could also be cleaned up a bit more.

Pros: All the wonderful staff who looked after me so wonderfully, it was like coming home.
Good 7,9
Pros: Company chose the Hotel. The location is great, the lunch specials were great size and very affordable, the shower and toilet in the room needed a little upgrade but overall very confortable, the WIFI is terrible.. absolutely terrible, They should put a sign that it says that people are not allowed to swim in the water as it is contaminated.
Cons: internet, internet.. internet, also please put a sign that people are not allow to get on the water because the council has deemed all that area not suitable for swimming.
Okay 5,8
Pros: Location
Cons: Why charging 5% extra on credit card which is not told at the time of booking through booking.com
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The friendly staff. The location, being able to walk into town.
Cons: The toilet seats didn’t fit the toilets!
Okay 4,6
Cons: For the price the room size was tiny with hardley any space. there was no work desk. Credit card charges is a business expense not a client expense. Usually in Vanuatu in other hotels a 3 % charge is bad enough but to be charged 5% to use credit card ( and in so doing make extra profit) is outrageous at best or a total rip off at worst ! Banks do not charge businesses more than 1.8 or 2% at the most - so why charge 5% ?
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Great location, right on the waterfront. Very friendly, helpful staff
Cons: Our bed was just two single beds that had been pushed together - not that comfortable!
Good 7,5
Pros: Staff is the best!
Cons: Wifi was not what you expect for the money paid.

Pros: Very clean spacious 1 bedroom apartment. The kitchen is well stocked so we were able to prepare meals here. The outside terrace is comfortable and shaded. Its about 20 to 25mins walk into town with a convenience store right next door.
Cons: Wifi was a bit weak.
Good 7,9
Pros: A good value facilty & well located to be relatively close to Bauerfield Airport And when my flight was delayed, they allowed me to return & use my room for several hours in the morning after checking out
Cons: The fact they don't accept credit cards for payment
Okay 5,8
Pros: Lovely people who could not do more to help. But reality was we did not get any sleep due to sheer noise of inconsiderate others in the area, dogs barking, cats, roosters constantly crowing, cars speeding up the road etc. Perhaps had we been provided with a contact number been provided we could have requested someone come down and ask others to quiet down. When we wanted to shower to feel better not an option because no hot water. So while lovely people trying so hard, unfortunately was not a great experience at all. Internet was good.
Cons: No hot water Noise - in every shape and form No one to contact regarding the noise when it continued all night long by inconsiderate others
Excellent 10,0
Pros: +owner open minded, caring, very sweet +apartment huge, clean, quiet highly recommend

Excellent 9,6
Pros: Very clean, great value. Staff very helpful with directions.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: No breakfast
Cons: Would have liked tea/coffee available
Good 7,1
Pros: Close to the airport, big room.
Cons: Too much noise during the night
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff. Good size and well laid out apartment.
Cons: Location is a bit noisy, busy road and suburban noise. Arranged taxi to the airport for 4.30am didn't show (price to be charged was too high at 2000VT) but we were able to get a local bus easily even at that time and only had to pay the standard fare of 150VT per person.

Good 7,1
Pros: View from the room was fantastic and about 10 mins walk to town centre
Cons: Staff was not that friendly compared to every where else in Vanuatu. Breakfast was only egg and toast
Good 7,1
Pros: The location was great, we walked downtown almost everyday. We loved all the staff and hope that they are appreciated and looked after?
Cons: We were not happy at all with our first room we were in, room 14, we couldnt get to the toilet the way the door swung out. My husband and I were very surprised that this door had not been a slider? We complained about it and the staff were very friendly and moved us to room #6. The frypan in this room was rusty, the kettle element was covered in calcium buildup and the freezer had no dial and no door. I was suprised at how run down Chantillys is? It needs a paint, some sort of flywire on doors to keep the mossies out, they were terrible a few nights, I had to ask Saki for some spray?
Okay 5,4
Pros: Good location, within walking distance of town and several restaurants. Nice outlook over the bay.
Cons: The rooms are very tired and not very clean. Hot water supply was unreliable. Sofas in the lounge are very uncomfortable to sit on as double as sofa beds.
Good 6,7
Pros: Great location, friendly staff.
Cons: Room smelt of smoke, dated facilities, ranch slider door hard to open and close. Property is a bit tired.
Good 7,1
Pros: The location was perfect and view was magnificent. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. It is quite central and enable you short distance walk to downtown.
Cons: But the overall furniture is run down- from the bed to sofa and armchair. It needs a complete facelift. The Bathroom was nice but the water pressure on 1st floor (and I assume same on second floor) is completely non - existent which makes shower very difficult. The hot water takes 3-5 minutes to come when turning the it on and which creates a loss of water. The other thing is the noise from the road. The windows facing the main road MUST have sound proof windows which will reduce immensely the noise.
Good 6,7
Pros: Great location - walk along the harbourfront to town. Restaurant & room service were good
Cons: No lift - carried my own bag up 2 flights of stairs when I arrived in the evening. Other Guests smoking on their balconies meant I couldn’t enjoy my balcony. Limited hot water in my room
Good 7,5
Cons: No balcony, no screen on door, no aircon in main sitting room. (Room 2, not the best room - don't book it).
Excellent 8,3
Pros: The view was amazing and the staff were really friendly and accommodating.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Location is key here. A quick walk along the water front and you are in the middle of town
Cons: Maybe if the bathroom door was a sliding one, it would make a small space easier to navigate
