Cons: Receptionist was behaving strange when we came 10 minutes late for airport drop service because our small kid needed to use toilet plus Receptionist didnt inform us in advance that same car will be used for other guests. So she spoilted whole mood about this hotel

Pros: The administrator there is really friendly and ready to help with all your questions. Thank you I had a really good rest between the flights.

Pros: Free shuttle service to Vnukovo was great and the crucial criteria, along with positive feedback, to choose this hotel. Overall, a good stay before an early flight, good communication. The breakfast was not tested, the evening meal before had a bit overcooked pasta, but this was not an essential feature. Overall - quite a positive impression.

Pros: This little B&B is approx 10 mins from Vnukovo airport. The staff is great, Thanks Anna! The place is clean and smells nice. It has a little breakfast area, and food is cooked on premises for you in the russian home made style sort of way. They have different rooms available, including 2 suites and a master suite with a jaccuzzi. The prices are extremely fair, comparing to Moscow itself. The master rooms are less then a hundred usd per night and the smaller ones are about sixty. credit cards accepted. its quiet and small. airport transfer available.

Cons: There are no signs to get to the hotel yet, as they are newly opened. You can call and ask for directions to find it.

Pros: Great room with a lot of space, good service and friendly staff. Good English speaking, Moscow tea ceremony every day between 5:00-6:00pm - good to relax after a business day or a visit in Moscow. Metro station just 150m away from the hotel. Enjoyable breakfast.

Pros: The breakfast was quite good, it's worth the price. The location is good if you want to go to the huge shopping mall nearby. Staff is really helpful!

Cons: The internet service requires calling to a Russian phone number. If you don't have one, you may have to pay roaming costs. My 11th floor room had a cracked window and it was noisy. Was offered another room though.

Cons: I always stay in that hotel while i in moscow, but this time they give me room with broken bed, the matress fall inside the bed. I didn't complain, becuese it was one night stay, but for sure i didn't sleep well. Also I stay in that hotel more then 3 time , and I notice that they have membership i ask for that, they told me that becuese i order from booking i can't get it. So if i order i flight from expedia i will not get the miles ?

Cons: Very small room, no hair conditioner, no water, uncomfortable bathroom. It's far from the nearest business centers, you need to walk about 5-15 minutes to any shop.

Cons: 5-10 Cars sliding on ice an snow and driving ralley in front of hoteöparking place almost all night! No action from hotel was taken to stop this terror. Should have called the police emediatly to stop illegal racing. Break fast buffet was meeting no EU standarts for 2-3 star hotels at all.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Coffee was good. Close to Metro with plenty of cafes and restaurants around. The business park looks a bit grim from the outside but is actually very clean and comfortable place to be.

Cons: Housekeeping was lax. There was a toothbrush that had been used and put back in the box on the shelf. Had been gone from the room for over 24 hours and returned to the smell of smoke.

Pros: Location along Leninskiy Prospekt can be convenient if work is nearby. The architecture of the ground floor is beautiful well-preserved Soviet style from the seventies. Personnel is very helpful and friendly. The price is very reasonable.

Cons: The breakfast is not up to Western standards, with very little fruit, poor quality coffee and dried-out bread. The rooms are small.

Pros: I liked the fresh air. But it is free. You don’t pay for it.

Cons: DO NOT STAY THERE. The place is ran down and old. Has chairs that have dirty worn out fabric. The bathtub was black. I have seen old hotels in my days but the one this dirty never. It might cost you a lot to change furniture but it costs you just an effort to keep it clean. When I went to front desk to change the rooms I was changed to a room with equally dirty bathtub. The only thing that was clean were towels and sheets. But they probably don’t wash them at the hotel. And no we didn’t eat breakfast because if the rooms are so dirty what do they have in the kitchen. As for the stuff. THEY DON’T CARE. They are nice but they don’t want to do absolutely anything for you. All they say the hotel is old. Yes it is old. But why is it dirty? All they could do is give me cleaning supplies. Considering I am the guest and don’t work for them it is an insult. I payed to stay there. They don’t pay me to clean their hotel rooms and I didn’t apply for this job. Honestly my parents thought me to respect people and treat them well. So I couldn’t yell at them but I wanted. It is a bunch of people that don’t know anything about hospitality. I absolutely refuse teaching stuff about what they are supposed to do. The management is so bad here. I felt like their stuff is on vacation and I am an employee. Will never stay there. I did in the past 2 times and it was clean and nice. I didn’t go back for 2 years and what a change. I could tell it is not being ran the same way. Whoever runs it now doesn’t know what they are doing.

Pros: A nice cosy sylish hotel . A good location near the Yauza river. Great breakfasts! Friendly staff .

Pros: I liked the staff, I liked that it was really close to Metro and the hotal was above supermarket (that had many restaraunts), and I it was clean. And wifi. And the hotal room itself had lots of space.

Cons: Hotel was hard to find, there were no signs or instructions almost anywhere outside that you are at right place and inside, there was only 1 elevator out of many to take you there. It was confusing even in 2nd day around. Shower was missing a curtain and was in shoddy condition, there was lot of noise (like plumbing and also walls were hear- through) and you also could hear traffic outside.

Pros: Close to a metro station. Value for money.

Cons: Booked a room for 3 adults + 1 child. Got three beds (it is ok), but no pillow and towels for the child. Got them after I asked though. Was told that they do not have rooms for 4 people at all.

Cons: Arrived after 11.00p.m and couldn't get to my room. There was no room available and cleaned up by that time despite the fact that hotel is obligated to accommodate a guest after 2pm. Moreover being promised to get the room in 10 minutes I was waiting for 50min. Breakfast was not American or European type and was poor comparing to similar cost hotels. No complements like bottled water in the room. Only 20 federal channels on TV. Selected this place as one with transfer from airport but transfer also wasn't provided. Having two people at check-in, only one was dealing with guests but due to shift change time it was not successful. Everyone was asked to wait for post midnight time. First time was writing so negative feedback
