Pros: Excellent location, just a front of beautiful promenade. It was good breakfast included and nice relax massage chair for free. Huge twin bed, apartment style kitchen and a quite and easy atmosphere in the hotel

Pros: Amazing hotel in Zelenogradsk with superiour views) We took one family room with a seaside view, and that was the best decision for our stay in the end of September) When it could rain outside, but you have your cup of coffee and overlooking Baltic Sea) Fully equiped kitchen with a balcony made our stay with kids even more comfortable. The beds were very nice and of a really big size. The staff was very nice and answered to all of our questions. Would recommend this hotel to everybody!

Cons: I'd say there is nothing bad I would want to write, we lacked some more vegetables and fruits on breakfast buffet, but all in all everything was very good:)))

Pros: Very good location, 50 m from the seashore (5-7 minutes from the railway station, restaurants, and a big grocery store). Tasty breakfast. My room was very comfortable with all the required amenities and the bathroom was sparkling clean.

Pros: Super friendly staff - extremely helpful with broken English (better than my Russian by far!) - room good value clean plenty hot water and good shower - breakfast big selection warm and cold - highly recommended hotel and location

Pros: It is modern and clean. The breakfasts and evening meals are perfect and various. Wi-fi is good. The personnel is polite and welcoming.

Cons: The food and service in the restaurant were not good, to put it mildly. The shower in our room was in disrepair and awkward to use.

Pros: The idea of the middle ages castle is great. good decore

Cons: The staff did not communicate with each other from one shift to the next. The property was not organised and did not honour any reserved bookings. The water has a very bad metallic smell when using the water-sediment or sand would come out and it was not a good experience for showering or even brushing teeth.

Pros: Staff at reception and restaurant was very welcoming and helpful. Interior of hotel is amaizing We enjoyed most of facilities. SPA complex was perfect. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurant serves fantastic food. It was perfect ending of my vacation. Thank You. We will come back.

Pros: Incredible. A modern day castle. Really nicely kept. All clean and a very good standard. Extremely high value for the money. If you're travelling by car, it's worth it to sleep here instead of Kaliningrad City

Cons: It wasn't possible to order food from the restaurant as they didn't take phone. So I had to actually walk there, and order despite all the noise caused by the party.

Pros: the hotel isn't very big, but this is truly something unique. can't describe really, but even the toilet is "themed" (not to spoil the surprise)

Cons: the air conditioner was not very effective. The surroundings... well there aren't any, it's in the middle of nowhere, but we had a car

Cons: I know that they don't have many guests from English speaking area, but it would be great if they had at least one person in the shift who speaks English for information over the phone.

Cons: food was pretty much the same daily except for changes from chicken to sausage once in a while. The shower bath combo was in my opinion very slippery and dangerous Poor internet reception and television reception.

Pros: We stay at this hotel not for the first time and we like its location, delicious varied breakfast and the availability of an aqua zone!

Cons: At this time we had a completely unpleasant situation when leaving the hotel !! We were asked to pay 1000 rubles for towels, because they left traces of paint from the hair! This is unthinkable, this was not with us anywhere and never !!! The administrator and the maid demanded money for towels, although they had no right to do so! I just did not want to spoil the impression of rest and the child was waiting for me in the car, so I had to pay this money! But I asked for towels! At home, I washed them in a tyrole machine without adding bleach and towels became perfectly white, after that I concluded that this is another reason to make money for vacationers! Be careful! I'm afraid next time they will be able to offer a bed or a TV ......

Pros: Very comfortable room with lot of space. Comfortable bed. Nice design. Location not far from city center (taxi 200 RUB) in quiet, cameral district. Private parking, helpful staff.

Pros: The staff on reception could not have been more friendly and helpful. Went out of there way to assist checking in for my flight. Staff in Bar were also so friendly.

Cons: As we had a top floor we had a sky light with no blind or curtain, so you are awoken when the sun rises.

Cons: Put in somewhat of a basement, wifi didnt work, shower was completely open (used by those just out of the pool), way too expensive for what we got (we booked the mixed dorm for a world cup match night)

Cons: Room was very poor and shabby. There was nothing in room except bed and a table. No even a chair. For the same money wу had a great room near the station. Remember that if you should leave early in the morning to inform staff about this beforehand otherwise you will not get your breakfast.
