Cons:
I ordered a SUV and got a pick up truck. When I tried to make a point of it they shrugged their shoulders and still charged me for the SUV. I bought insurance through Kayak website and was told it was not valid so I had to buy it again at the airport. In total I was overcharged by 30%. Never again.
