Only good part was the ease of reserving through kayak.Cons:
The local office failed to inform me of all the extra money I would need and were wanting to charge almost double for just the rental. I got to the office and was completely surprised when I would have to pay $193 plus $200 deposit for a $127 rental. Needless to say they ruined my weekend and I missed my best friends wedding.8,0 Very Good

The rental guy "had never heard of" the rental insurance I bought through Kayak (which was apparently a lot less expensive than Enterprise, but make sure you have other liability insurance). He also swore that I should have been aware of other costs and identification associated with using a debit card, although my first hint was at the counter. After that was all handled, everything was wonderful, but those were really unwelcome things to have to deal with on the spot.Cons:
