Lower rates, and clean car. Other customers were brought out a clean car, this red chevy was not clean. Then csr tried to charge me extra when I put $20 of gas in it. It had less than a half of tank of gas upon receiving the flop. Terrible!

Book here only if you have hours to wait for your carBryan was very friendlyMade an appointment for 11, I arrived at 10:35. To help speed things up before I arrived I prepaid and checked in prior to. The guy at the desk was friendly and fast. His attitude was pleasant despite the fact he was alone with a lobby full of unhappy customers. After 3 hours of waiting, which made me super late for work, I finally got the car. I didn’t bother to look for scratches, dents, or dings.. I grab the keys and left. Chances of me using this location again... slim to none.

Shady operationWe made reservation 4 weeks in advance and paid then. When we arrived to pickup the car, they had rented it to someone else and had no other vehicles to rent us.Manager would not speak with us. Very unprofessional behavior by their employee. Will never use Hertz again. They did not succeed in ruining our vacation!

Didn’t have the carWent to go pick up the car turns out they didn’t have it. Since we booked through kayak and not directly through hertz, couldn’t get a bigger size vehicle and told us to contact kayak instead.

Mediocre Value for Product ReceivedLocation and ease of pick up and drop off is nice. Check in is pretty painless with prepaid reservation. Though is does look like it could bottleneck very quickly in a busy time due to limited workstations, only 2 I think where I can see people having to wait unnecessarily long to pick up or return the vehicle. XM/Sirius Radio included with rental was a nice touch. Everywhere else charges you by the day to add.I rent a car for weekend travel nearly every week. This was my first time using Hertz and I was not overly impressed. The car, a 2017 Hyundai Elantra SE, was the poorest car I have rented yet. It was pretty small for a "standard" car. The interior was stained and exterior showed some age desite being a relatively new car.. Though "washed", the car was still pretty dirty exterior wise when given to me. The features on the car looked to be pretty basic compared to what is offered by other companies in cars similarly or lesser priced. The Rental Agent offered me a "very nice upgrade" that was $50 more per day than what I was renting---hardly an enticement. When I declined the upgrade offer, he pulled a set of keys out of his shirt pocket for my car.It was as if, he was saying, "Since you declined the upgrade, you will have to take this." Again, the car was not even ready for me to take. He had to take it back to get washed, which I previously mentioned was not very well done. No floor mats in the car. Again, while my overall experience was not horrible, I did expect better.

Never again through a Third partyThis is a nightmare. When I went to pick up the car they didn't have one in stock and offered to get me one that was lower that what I paid for. He said he wouldn't upgrade me because it would be more money nor could he give me money off, so I cancelled it right then and there and NEVER picked up the car. I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY REFUND FOR THIS PURCHASE. There is no one to call for Kayak and when I called priceline they said I needed to call Hertz, and when I called Hertz they claimed it would take 3-5 business days as it happened with a third party. I will never rent through a third party anymore. And on top of all that the clerk had a nasty attitude. Never again!

Not what you might think!I did like the car I had!What I didn’t like is my wait time picking up my vehicle and The representative never informed me about The shuttle times !My car wasn’t clean at all , the windows was hard to look out of when driving at night!!!! I paid to much money for poor service!!
