The island is very popular with those looking for a relaxing beach holiday. Whilst the roads in the towns can be quite narrow. So, for these reasons, it’s recommended that you go for a small car so you can navigate the streets and park easier. For those that want to travel around the island you would be better off going for a more robust car like an SUV. This is because you’ll get more traction on the mountainous terrain and better handling on the winding roads.
