Excellent 10,0
Pros: Excellent staff, great location...its the center of the city.
Cons: sitting lounge has not enough space for guests.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Very service minded and friendly. I'm very pleased with the communication, the airport transfer and the level of service I received. They also made an excellent vegan dinner/meal for me at the hotel restaurant. Thank you!
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Clean and spacious room, free airport pick up and impeccably kind staff
Cons: When there are no other guest, the breakfast was of room service but the quality of buffet breakfast was better. There is no additional lock on the door. I wished there is a physical lock in addition to the contactless card key lock.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The hotel was very accommodating- even though we arrived at the airport at 05:00 they allowed us to check in early. The staff was very professional and followed up on our requests very promptly.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything was perfect. The staff was most helpful and attentive. Rooms are large, comfortable, with view and good Wi-Fi. The hotel is conveniently located.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Personnal was so kind and helpful. Definetely I will stay there when I go to Bishkek again. Thanks!
Cons: There is nothing I didnt like.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We did the booking for a standard room, but they upgraded our room to a deluxe room at free of cost. The staffs were exceptional, to name jabara and kamila, since we had language barriers they made sure to we get the good driver who can help us in showing different places. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and we would highly recommend this hotel.
Cons: Would recommend to have more vegetarian options for lunch or dinner menu

Pros: Everything
Good 7,9
Pros: Staff and food was good. Swimming pool was great!
Cons: Water temperature in rooms kept changing from boiling hot to freezing cold....
Good 6,7
Pros: The staff, typical of Kyrgyz culture were humble and polite.
Cons: The hotel brand is honestly degrading, Hyatt Regency like anywhere else is not on par with the new hotel brands worldwide and remain to be the cold, shallow hotels they usually are world wide.
Good 7,5
Pros: Location is very good. Clean. nice pool.
Cons: Western channels on TV (CNN, BBC, etc) didn’t work. Air conditioning was noisy. Hidden service charge of 2.5%. Tax of 12%. The total cost was much more than the basic room rate shown on booking.com. Breakfast cost too much for this part of the world. This hotel is OK but too expensive for what it is. Nicer hotels in Almaty, for example, cost much less.
Okay 5,8
Pros: Good location, clean room.
Cons: They gave the worst exchange rate imaginable. On booking.com it indicated I’d pay approx AUD390 according to the exchange rate on the day; they ended up charging AUD450. Not sure how that figures. It definitely wasn’t worth that much money.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everein this hotel was perfect.. Very nice people and friendly!!! The location was perfect close to everything... The room was so so beautiful and big!! Clean, the breakfast delicious!!!
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Room was very spacious, excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpfull staff. We returned to this hotel after our trip around lake Issyk Kyl and to Karakol.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Very friendly staff, good breakfast, large room with kitchenette, Wifi worked great, nice garden area. The location is very good, close to the parks and restaurants in the city center. Close to a great Georgian restaurant (Pur-pur) and a new castle-style restaurant (Pischpek restaurant).
Cons: Unfortunately, they were painting the outside of the hotel, so it was sometimes a bit noisy, and the garden was filled with building materials. Also, the indoor pool was not operating. But surely this will be all fixed when you book there.
Good 7,9
Pros: Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Coffee wasn’t calculated in the breakfast cost so I had to pay extra everyday. I think the cost of the coffee should have been included in the amount I paid for breakfast- tea was included!
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Hotel is located on a cozy street near the city center. Oriental hospitality is seen at every your step, you feel it during every meeting with the staff. Everyday cleaning of rooms. Breakfast includes a large number of dishes, which is unusual for hotels with such price standard. Nevertheless, several new dishes appear daily. Food is fresh and tasty. There is a nice garden in the yard. Any issue is resolved promptly.
Cons: Process of renovation of the hotel is going. But, usually it took place during the daytime (most residents are absent at this time).
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff were so helpful and friendly, we loved staying at their hotel
Cons: Having to leave
Excellent 10,0
Pros: English speaking staff
Cons: Beds could do with fitted sheet or at least flat sheet tucked in better

Good 7,9
Pros: The design of rooms
Cons: Hard to find the hostel, no signs around the building.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: From the outside the building gives a false impression because its one of the ugly soviet era apartment blocks. But inside it was comfortable and homey. And everything worked, the kitchen was adequate and the owner more than accommodating. She even let me stay in my room until 5:20 pm (check out was noon) when I left for the airport. Be aware though that there are no staff in residence between 5:30 pm and 10: am. Not a problem for me. In fact it seemed like I had the place to myself as only one couple, besides me, there. Loved this place and would highly recommend it. April
Excellent 8,3
Pros: It was quiet and cosy! Bathroom and toilet were separated, one each, which was enough for this small hostel with less people. In the kitchen we could cook and store things ourselves and there was enough space to sit for all. The building is older, but has an elevator, which was useful for our luggage. Every room had an AC, which we didn't even need.
Cons: The woman who welcomed us didn't speak English, we had to call her son and ask. There were less cups, plates and cutlery in the kitchen, it was difficult to find something to eat and drink sometimes. The kitchen was not very clean (floor, windows) and we missed something to hang out towels in the room when they were wet.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The shower worked.
Cons: Mostly, there’s no staff in daytime.
Okay 5,4
Cons: the owner of house doesnt know even first, basic respecting to people, he had a key and whenever he liked, he entered the house without even knoking on the door. its very rude that you rent the flat and then suddenly without knocking on the door enter to the room that guest is there and sit beside guest and so curious always. i cant imagine how there are such people! and wifi 2 times disconnected long time, address was difficult to find, and phone number was off. beds non comfortable ofcourse the owner of house helped me to use his laptop for some minutes and i just apperciate for that. but for being so curious and with permission entering to the guest room is unbelivably rude. this thing doesnt matter to the price.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: When I was looking for places to stay in Bishkek, I was a bit confused about which area to stay. I'm glad I trusted the other reviews and chose this hostel because it's in the perfect location. The supermarket is around the corner as well as an awesome local cafe and street food. The department store is in the other direction, only a stone's throw away. A 5 - 15 minute walk will take you through to Ala Too Square. We stayed in the twin room and it looked exactly as it does in the photos. The room was immaculate. It's a good sized room and there's a desk (if you're planning on doing any work). Almaz is a great host and tended to all our needs and made sure we had a comfortable stay. There is even detailed instructions (with a video!) to ensure you find your way safely to the hostel. Great hostel, value for money and the location can't be beat.
Good 7,5
Pros: Cosy place and near bus stop to all places we need to go. Eg. Bazaar, West bus station.
Cons: Kitchen faculties need some replacement.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Good location, 5 min from railway station on a taxi
Good 7,9
Pros: Location was really great! Youtube video helped so much to find the hostel and get in. Everything gone smooth . Staff was friendly and nice ! We enjoyed to stay there !!!
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Great location, nice room, ok price
Cons: Staff was rude and not friendly.
Okay 4,6
Pros: Lady was very nice was very cramped

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The staff tried to charge me for two “extra” people that were visiting me very early in the morning at 4-5 am to take me to the local graveyard and stayed with me for a couple hours after I returned back to hotel. They saw us leave and return. I get that it’s a hotel’s policy to charge for every visitor past 11 pm. How is this policy relevant to me though, I don’t understand. Those were my two family members that visited me at unfortunate times in the mornings. Also, hotel was advertised “with gym” but please bear in mind that the gym is just located in the same building and is a completely separate entity for which you obviously have to pay. It’s not a hotel’s facility as they claim. Just a luring method. There are bunch of other hotels with newly refurbished facilities that charge twice less than Club Hotel. I moved to Astor hotel that has a free pool and sauna in the building, with very pleasant new facilities for $20 a night for double room of 20 meters, close to the city centre. It’s a small town hey... Club hotel is a Soviet style worn down place with shabby lifts and bathrooms and tiny rooms, where double rooms are actually single by local standards. I strongly advice to spend your money wisely in a more valuable place. Club hotel’s admin has kindly suggested that I should ask for permission to be visited going forward, which I’m obviously not going to take aboard. I would never return here to begin with. Beware of such staff that tries to charge extra at any given chance! thankfully I’m a seasoned traveller, who won’t provide such low hanging fruit to rip off and be taken advantage of. Sadly I didn’t bother taking pics of this sodden place. Avoid.
Good 7,1
Pros: Breakfast is good but very busy. They dont replenish fast enough. The people at the reception speak English and are very helpful.
Cons: Well this is a Soviet style hotel. As long as you have realistic expectations it is ok. The hotel is comfortable enough. But please have some English movie channels.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The room was modern, clean and spacious! The staff were also amazing! Breakfast is served as a buffet style so a lot of choice and very tasty!
Mediocre 3,0
Cons: They charged us for extra bed despite I have already booked 3 person stay by booking.com. Room was not cleaned when we moved in. Warm water was not available in the morning.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location was perfect, staffs were really kind with good English, breakfast was simple but pretty good
Cons: Only thing dissatisfying was about the bathtub. Hot water didn't come out - only room temperature water came out for 2 days and at the last day of stay, even that tepid water didn't come out so I asked the front desk to help, and then they suggested to use the bathtub in the next room (double room) which worked perfect. One more, the water in the bathtub didn't flow off well, so the water rose up to my ankle while taking a shower.
Good 7,5
Pros: remains of old times. breakfast was good.
Cons: no restaurant in the building; even it was agreed to provide a free transport to and from the airport, i was charged for the transfer form the hotel to the airport.
Okay 4,6
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Very old hotel. Not as mentioned in booking.com. it was rated as a 4 star hotel. But it seems like a 2 star hotel.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Emil provided extra service and spoke very good English, European style service
Cons: Wi-fi was very poor
