When I got there they did not have any cars for me, none! And because it was so late, it was impossible for me to rent one somewhere else. I can’t believe you can take the money for insurance, and give the confirmation number when there is no cars available at all!10,0 Wonderful

Pros:
I liked finding that my car was reserved for me at a location 40 miles from the nearest location. I liked that they did not have any full size cars left BUT they were willing to up grade me to a Larger car IF I paid the full rental price.Cons:
I didn't like the delay. I did not like making my first stop to a gas station to top off my car. I did not like driving through the car wash to get the pigeon poop and salt spray off my vehicle-That was $7 unreimbursed.. I could go on but nobody is going to read this much less do anything about it.6,0 Okay
