First of all I had a hard time to figure out where was Hertz, since there is no sign and it is under a local rental company that don’t even have a Hertz Sign. Then there is extra fees at time of Pick up. They give you an option to pay for them to clean the car when you drop it off or if you decide to turn it in dirty then the clean up fee is more. Also when I did the reservation, I order an Automatic car and they gave me a a stick shift. When I went inside to tell them they didn’t give me an automatic, they wanted to charge me more which they did. At time of return they came to get the car outside and had a total different contract showing I supposedly rented the car for 1 day and needed to go pay for two more days, Until I showed them the original contract showing that I had rented the car from May 27 till May 30th. Then all of sudden it was ok and I didn’t need to pay for the extra two days. The y tried scamming me to many times and it is not trust worthy. I prefer to pay for the car when I do the reservation to avoid paying extra, like I did. I reserved an automatic car for 3 days for $122.00 but at the end I had to pay a total of $186.00. I did ad full coverage which it was an extra $10.00 a day which it would have been $152.00 but I had to pay $186.00.
