The location I was given to pick up the car was closed, and had been for months. The next closest Hertz did not have any cars available. I had to go to another car rental company entirely. I don't know how the system allowed me to make a reservation here. I had to spend an hour on the phone afterward to be sure I got a refund for the whole ordeal.2,0 Poor

I had the worst possible experience. Hertz, Priceline, and Kayak allowed me to book a car for pickup at noon. I arrived at the Hertz location and was told it closed at noon, so they would not give me my car. I received no communication of this. What a horrible experience.Cons:
