For a 17 hour flight, they kept us well feed. The music selection could be better curated. The entertainment selection was about what is expected. The crew was fantastic.

On time - really well operated flight. Friendly staff. Super impressed with United on this round trip.

We were offer chocolate cookies , not everyone eat chocolate. Thank you

Crew was wonderful and attentive. Chris (I think that was his name as I was seated in the back in 52F) was amazing and funny. The captain was informative and did everything to get us to Denver as close to on time as possible. Bags came quickly at baggage claim. Online check in would not allow me to change my seat 24 hours ahead of time with dozens of seats showing open and I really do not enjoy being in the back of the plane for long international flights.

Needs a lot of improvement to say the least. Majorly disappointed after the service we experienced on both the Japan and China airlines.

We were told our seats were switched which put us in row 1 instead of 12. We were not able to keep our personal items with us. This caused us not to be able to have our gum to pop our ears and we weren’t able to get our iPads out due to the seat belt sign never turning off.

The seats seem to be a little cramped, and there really is no entertainment unless you use your own device, which I'm not able to do. The flight from LAX to Palm Springs - passengers put small items in the overhead bins, like small backpacks, jackets, purses. When I boarded, the bin over my seat was full and I had to search to find a bin for my roller bag. I noticed hardly anyone had an item stowed under their seat. There should be more guidelines for people to follow.

I had a great flight experience on United Airlines. This was my first time flying on United and i have nothing negative to say. As a person with a visual disability, I received reasonable accommodations. The flight crew was friendly and attentive in helping me and communicating safety protocols. I really appreciate that they came to speak with me. I felt safe and comfortable flying on United. I also liked their snacks! They taste much better than the snacks offered by other airlines.
