Spacious clean room, safety box, quiet with nice view. Nice working table. Most of the staff very polite. Parking is very good both in front of the hotel (was full) and in the garage (worth about 7 eur/day). Even SPA was quite good. I was supprised with excellent a la carte launch in hotel restaurant (better than many city restaurants). WiFi also very good. Very nice Nar at the top floor. Location is very good for further traveling since it is close to the highway. Even the airport which is on the opposite side of the city was accessible in 15 minutes.
For the city center location is a bit remote so either you need a car or even better is to take Uber or Taxi (max 6-7 eur). Hotel price is overall a bit higher.

Friendly employees.
I am coming since more 10 years in this hotel. It was always one of the best in town. Nowadays its not anymore. Its not clean, the elevator is not working sometimes, if you take the stairs its smelling like hell there and the clima unit is loud like an airplane in the room at night. The breakfast is a joke, if you compare it, to the breakfast which they served a few years ago. And the best thing is, Mr. Antunovic is sitting every around 09.00 in the breakfast room and cares about nothing - not even a nice hello to guests and staff. Shame on you. You lost a regular guest today.
