The bed was very comfortable and the staff very helpful and friendly. The left luggage was very well organised and safe. Great location. Grand building loved the nostalgia!
Our room was in the old part of the hotel and one of the blinds in the bathroom was hanging down, one blind had paint splatter on it. The dressing room area was rather chilly as there was no apparent heating in it. The carpet also looked as though it could do with a clean in areas. A little bit disappointed. Our friends were in the new part of the hotel and their room was immaculate.

Centrally placed near Lendel bridge, shopping, pubs and restaurants in abundance. This is a stunning hotel, rooted in History a Grand Edwardian building indeed. The rooms are enormous! We had an executive. Separate toilet and bathroom which is always useful. Lovely products and well stocked fine teas and coffees. Staff friendly without exception. The Hotel looked Glorious with numerous well dressed Christmas trees. Magical. I used the Spa and was the only person in the pool for an hour
