The location was great, walking distance to stores, restaurants, cafeterias. The staff was super friendly, very helpful with all our needs.

Service was great. We had electrical problems in our room and although it couldn't be solved immediately, the staff gave us another room for the night and dealt with it.
A bit noisy, but then again we were there for New Year's Eve.

Good location but not on New Years Eve - too loud outside
The room was extremely hot. We asked them to check and help us turn air on but no one ever came to help. Because it was so hot we had to leave the window open and then the noise from the street kept us awake all night. I also asked for hair conditioner and was told it would be brought up but never was. Restaurant in 7th floor very rude - we went there almost 2 hours before closing and made to feel like an inconvenience.
