Friendly staff went out of their way to make us welcome to the hotel and to Viana do Castelo. Our top-floor room with a balcony was well appointed, though it lacked head room for the taller of us.
Breakfast should offer options for vegans. Soy milk at a minimum. Otherwise there was nothing that disappointed us.

Lovely breakfast, small but comfortable rooms, very helpful and respectful staff.
The tight quarters meant opening the window presented a hazard for getting up out of bed.
