the location was great. The shower good, but the room very small.
For the price the hotel is too basic. The breakfast too simple. And when you leave early they are not really willing to provide you with some food for the road. After huge discussion they gave me a bottle of water and some food.
The room full of neccessary facilities even it's only 15 sqm
AC is not powerful enough to compensate the heat at this time of year
Location was good. Good selection of free teas to take up to your room.
We had a major issue with the size of the ‘double’ room which was ridiculously small. We had booked a double room but even their own in-room, onscreen hotel info showed this room as a single room and when strongly challenged about this the staff would not acquiesce and give us a double room unless we paid a hefty extra fee. They said we had booked a ‘semi-double’ which we had not and also we refuse to believe there is such a thing and certainly would not have booked a room only big enough for one when we are two! You could only get into the bed from one side and even though the room was tiny with nowhere to store clothes or suitcases they put a large massage chair into the only bit of the room you can walk through to the desk/bed area. They would not remove the chair to give us better access. A very uncomfortable experience overall for a 5 night stay. The mattress was also incredibly hard, even by usual Japanese standards.
We loved the massage chair in our room and eating at the Mugi cafe on the 1st floor of the hotel.
