Breakfast was easy to access and abundant. Very simple coffee/tea, juice, pastries. The pillows were comfortable and they gave you PJ's to wear.
There was a 'barrier-free' room, which was 99% barrier-free. It was nice to be accommodated as a wheelchair-user. The bathroom was very large, and the room came with a mini-fridge and two beds. The room was also on the same floor as reception. I was very appreciative that I was able to be accommodated at the last minute.
The elevator was hard to find at first. It is in the parking garage. You have to be buzzed up. To leave, you have to be buzzed out. The bath wasn't wheelchair-accessible, but it was a typical Japanese-style bathtub. In the barrier-free room, the emergency call button is in a bad place by the toilet. Sitting normally, my leg bumped it and set alarms off! After that, I was very cautious but had to sit partially sideways on the toilet.
Staff were accommodating and nice.Hotel was close to all the nearby sites.
Very nice staff, delicious croissants for breakfast, Close to everything
Noicy air conditioner
