Poor service, way too few staff for the number of guests - queueing for everything
Hotel within walking distance to Shinjuku shopping area, JR train station and subway station. About 5 minutes walking where along the way there are restaurants, Starbucks and Mcdonald where you can drop by to grab a bite or drink. Hotel room was nice and cosy. Daily cleanup. Hotel provide airport shuttle service with a fare either to Narita or Haneda airport. A point to note is that it provides free shuttle service for guest to Disneyland thru and fro. Hotel staffs were friendly and always bringing a smile on their face.
Nothing negative but hotel to provide shuttle service for guests to Shibuya, Shinagawa and Tokyo station
Facility ,complicated WIFI system, staff
We took Breakfast in the Exec lounge and there was a good selection of fresh food available.
Being hassled out of the bar one night and the restaurant on the other because it was time to close. In the West we are well used to a more relaxed approach and generally if hotel guests are enjoying themselves and spending money then hotels are happy to accommodate this. it seems in Japan the rules cannot be broken and it comes across as a little rude to insist on patrons leaving swiftly. A cultural difference I suppose.
Great location, but its not a cheap option... possibly because the RWC was on but everything is top end priced, food , drink etc compared to other places I had stayed in preceding weeks...
gym is not really a gym, no weights and only a few machines...
