Cons:Very tiny rooms, would have been cramped for more than 1 person. Location is in the heart of Shinjuku which could be overwhelming to some people, especially those traveling with kids as it is jam packed 24/7. Also, weird pillow hat promo playing in lobby was weird/annoying.
