Pros:Air conditioning was broken, the hotel staff did not bother to get me into another room, instead they brought me a portable fan. I was uncomfortable tossing and turning all night.

Pros:Only the fact that we had Japan Hato tours that did a pickup from this hotel location and there were a few folks at the information center that were nice and very helpful
Cons:The room was awful - 1. Shower curtain was dirty and had hair on it from god know how many previous travelers!! I asked the manager to change it and they did not execute it well, they forgot! When I asked again they replaced it but only this time they put the shower curtain inside out...Japanese attitude is supposed to be all clean and perfect and this was definitely not it! 2. We were offered free breakfast due to the shower curtain situation which was a nice gesture, but honestly the breakfast was not so great 3. The room was really really small and the 3rd bed that we got was broken.. We paid like $250 a night or so and this was so not worth anything penny, will not recommend it anyone.

Pros:The room was small even by Japanese standards. Staff was nice. TV only had Japanese channels. Breakfast provided was good.
Cons:Value for money was not there. My friend stayed at Gracery nearly next door for $100 cheaper and a much bigger room.

Pros:Close proximity to subway station and multitude of restaurants and shopping in Ginza. Secure WiFi in every room, free for rewards members. The breakfast buffet was great, with many choices of local and western cuisine. My omelette was cooked to perfection!
Cons:The beds were a bit firm. The toilets weren't as fancy as other Japanese hotels (not heated).

Pros:Location in Ginza
Cons:The room and bathroom were the smallest room I have been for a very long time. Everything is also industralised and calibrated (to reduce cost), which makes it more like a chicken battry than a hotel room.
