Cons: Excellent product for the money . supper clean hotel and room, most welcoming and supporting staff. Wonderful breakfast. Nice roof deck . We enjoyed every moment. Will return soon.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Wonderful! The staff were helpful, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was great, and I enjoyed the super coffee machine in the room.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Location
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Shalom is comparable to an upscale B and B. It is spotlessly clean, all of the staff are happy, friendly, and helpful. The food quality is outstanding, and the early evening light buffet is a surprising and welcome bonus ( especially after a long flight!). This is a rare, great find!!
Cons: As with many locations near a beach, the lobby and our room ( I don’t know about other rooms) had an unmistakable musty smell. We were told that once the AC was running the smell would dissipate. It does somewhat, but whenever one re-enters the room, it’s an assault on one’s olfactory system. As it is obvious that the owner takes pride in an otherwise fine establishment, there should be made available an air purifier for people who are sensitive to the smell ( and that would be those who complain of it. Another problematic feature is horrific traffic noise ( trucks, buses, motorcycles, with the accompanying horn blasts). We used a White Noise app which toned it down a bit, otherwise it would have been intolerable. As a final note, the owner may consider having the eyesore of what appears to be an abandoned car ( covered with bird poop) towed from the front of the property. It is inauspicious and depressing, detracting from the charming ambiance of the place.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: My receptionist was exceptionally helpful. I enjoyed my free cocktail. I was absolutely bushed after 22 hours of straight travel. My accommodations were clean and comfortable. I took a dip in my hot tub before retiring and it helped me relax. I slept very well because of it. I enjoyed relaxing on the deck with my morning coffee. My salmon and tuna salad made for a delightful breakfast combo. My stay was absolutely PERFECT!
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Great location, close to public transport, restaurants and beach. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Free breakfast and complimentary happy hour both a bonus. Overall a very good hotel.
Cons: Minor issue being shower is over bath rather than being separate. This could be an improvement the hotel could consider.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything was really great! Especially staff !
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The nice breakfast and cocktails and drinks available in the evening. The roof top was a very nice addition as well.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: I love the hotel.I love the manager the best I have ever met in my life and I have been travelling a lot and he is the best.I forgot unfortunatelly his name..But i congratulate melody to hire him in to work in this hotel. The grup he manages is as good as he is,because he train them a lot and any problem we have he is able to solve.
Excellent 10,0
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We stayed for 2 nights but were made so welcome by the staff - those on reception desk were excellent and helpful with recommendations, especially Deborah. We stayed over Yom Kippur which meant that there were odd hours for Happy Hour to coincide with the fasting day - but could not have asked for more. Location great, we were lucky to get parking under the hotel (about 7 spaces) and borrowed the hotel bikes twice.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The room, location and the breakfast
Cons: nothing to mind
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Breakfast was fine. Location In superb. The Manager was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: strange smell in the reception area
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Very clean and modern rooms, friendly staff, easy location
Okay 4,6
Pros: We had a late departing flight and were offered a very late check-out, which was definitely very nice. Still, this can hardly butter the other experiences. We liked the proximity to the beach.
Cons: Upon arrival we were greeted by not a very much enthusiastic lady at the reception, which later proofed to be rather a tendency than an occurrence. The building is facing a street with very much busy traffic. Thank God, we checked some of the reviews before booking so we were smart enough to book their "Premium Room" which was supposed to face the other side. Our superior room was about 20 square meters but not very much functionally designed. The wallpapers under the window were falling off uncovering a moldy wall. The air-con smelled like it hadn't been checked for quite a while. After taking a shower the whole bathroom (2 square meters maybe?) floor was covered with water. There was definitely a leakage somewhere. Our complains (3 times) about that leakage only led to its small reduction. The water kept leaking. Be aware that at 7 o'clock in the morning you might be woken up by the construction work from the back of the hotel. The elevator may well be an issue since it is very small and very slow. If you can manage, I would certainly recommend using the stairs. Breakfast was served in the lobby area. There were so many people the first morning and so little place that we even had to wait to sit. There are mostly no proper dinning (rather coffee) tables, so it's not very much comfortable to have your breakfast there. The owner could claim this as a designer decision, certainly, a very unfortunate one. The personnel in the breakfast area was very poorly trained. Nobody's greeting you or help you get seated, offering you a cup of coffee or an omelette. The choice is pretty basic, mostly cold starters. Ones a member of staff was missing and when he got back and got asked where he had been he simply answered that he was not in the mood. Well, we weren't in the mood either as this is nowhere near the experience one would expect paying 250 bucks a night.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Pleasant, friendly, clean, great location , very friendly staff.
Cons: Room small, a bit expensive . The hanging space was short and not sufficient for for dresses

Excellent 8,0
Pros: Breakfast was provided via a voucher to a nearby restaurant. Excellent!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Excellent location, remarkably freindly staff
Cons: Lobby is under renovation, slight inconvenience, but not much an issue: no noise and will be finished soon Basic hotel and services
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I like almost everything! Beautiful breakfast included the stay at the cafe nearby. Friendly staff 24/7. Coffee and tea for free at the lobby. Strong internet in the room and at the lobby. Very good bed with an excellent mattress.
Cons: Non-stop renovation, construction, reconstruction at the hotel, nearby the hotel and everywhere in Tel-Aviv.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: As a customer manager I thought the owners at the reception (two brothers) were both exceptional: honest, problem-solving, genuinely friendly and proactive. They also helped me book tours. Their team was well trained too. The rooms are very cosy, clean and well designed. Location is excellent! A calm side street of probably the most commercial street: Dizengoff, with its wide range of restaurants, café's, bars, supermarkets, stores, .. a street that never sleeps. Also close to the beach, a nice 7 min walk through a park and you're there! Or use the free bikes the hotel offers and you're there in no time.
Cons: I wish there was a roof top facility because the rooms don't really have an interesting view.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: close to shopping - resturants and beach
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The location was good. A little bit of walk to beach. However there were free bike which you could borrow. Making getting around really easy as well as fun. We cycled to jaffa and back via the beach. It was lovely. The restaurant where you can get breakfast is amazing!!
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Breakfast at the coffee shop was very good. Service was also. Location in general was wonderful.
Cons: Lighting in bathroom was inadequate to shave in. Could also use shelving in bathroom for toiletries. Needs lights over the sink.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: A great boutique hotel located in the center of the night life yet it is on a quiet block away from hustlle and bustle of a big city. We stayed with children in a 1 bedroom suite. There was also a small kitchen That is not common but a convenient feature to have. Free great WiFi and cheap parking. Rooms are clean and bright. Staff is super friendly, speak several languages and always greet you with a smile ready to help..especially DANIEL he was always eager to help and would go out of his way, we needed a last minute dry cleaning done for a party and he went out of his way to make it happen same day!!!! also helped several times with directions and sight seeing recommendations, everyday greeted kids with cookies and offered tea. Overall a great experiance we will be returning again.
Cons: There is nothing we didn’t like but some improvements such as automated parking gate would be a plus.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Perfect location in a nice neighbourhood. Little walk to the sea and restaurants. You don't need a car to reach the accomodation. A lot of busses. Friendly host.

Pros: Location, owners extremely friendly and helpful

Good 7,0
Pros: Location and staff were both phenomenal.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: On arrival reception was friendly - the location was perfect for our requirements right outside Dizengoff Square and great for shopping.the hotel is quirky and intimate and creates a real boutique and happy atmosphere. A la crate breakfast is served in the terrace cafe which was really pleasant and good quality. We had poached eggs and avocado on sour dough with hollandaise style sauce - service quick and menu good. The terrace bar is also super for an evening aperitif, we enjoyed great wines and efficient service. I also loved having ahava bath toiletries which was a lovely surprise. You can even have an automated selfie in the elevator whilst the lift shouts a big Cucu at you!
Cons: It would be nice to have regular coffee refills rather than a single cup but coffee was nice. Breakfast however was served a little tepid and not delivered Hot enough- but we enjoyed it immensely however and quality was high.
Good 6,0
Pros: Good value for money, the location is awesome, the property is in a very good condition and it’s fairly clean. The staff at the reception was above and beyond!
Cons: The only thing that REALLY bothered us was the lack of sound isolation from both our room windows and door. We woke up at 4-5am to the sounds of a garbage truck, plus we could hear every conversation that occurred on the corridor outside our room which was very annoying
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Cute hotel in the middle of the city. We loved the design, the candles:)
Cons: No parking. Use the hotel arrangement, we missed it...
Okay 5,0
Pros: location complementary hot/cold beverage
Cons: Service-it started when the receptionist decided to switch the AC in the hotel from cool to heat at 7:00 am. We woke up when the room was super hot and we were unable to change it. it continued when the same receptionist didn't really care about it and ended when her manager refused to give any proper compensation. You can't reserve a place for breakfast (which was pretty poor) so you are waiting with all the other people coming to eat there.
Okay 5,0
Pros: Good location, renewed hotel
Cons: No sound proof room with very noisy environment. Small bedroom and poor breakfast.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff is friendly and helpful and there are always snacks available in the lobby. The hotel is pretty central to most places with lots of restaurants nearby.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Availability of coffee/tea/biscuits all day, sometimes beer in the evening which we took in the patio behind the hotel. The breakfast in the joined café was interesting and good. Reception staff very nice and helpful!
Cons: The view from the room was a bit dull, but this was not a big point.

Pros: The AC worked well.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Nice hotel , comfortable beds, clean room and bathroom, great breakfast.
Cons: All was good
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The style and location
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Historic decorations reflecting cinema origins. Nice included breakfast. Great location in the center of Dizengoff. Nice happy hour snacks. Nice views from 4th floor rooftop bar/balcony.
Cons: tight spaces in room and bathroom. difficult taxi/auto access for pickup and dropoff.
Good 6,7
Pros: The staff was extremely friendly; the woman who checked us in made sure to order breakfast boxes for us as we were leaving very early the following morning.
Cons: The rooms need to get a facelift! Very shabby..... the bathroom was too tiny.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for shopping, dining, and drinking. The fountain across the street is lovely. The happy hour upstairs is very nice. It's a cozy space to relax at the end of the day.
Cons: This was the second time we stayed here. The first time, last year, the breakfast was better. We were a little disappointed. The food is fresh, but there was a better selection last year.
Good 6,0
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Room and bath was pretty small but this is my first time out of the states so this may be normal.
Good 7,5
Pros: The boutique hotel is a good starting point for a city visit as it is a representation of the Bauhaus style architecture in Tel Aviv, thus quite stylish. Location is very good, interiors and amenities in the common area convincing. Some goodies are offered such as delicious lemonade and cookies in the lobby in the afternoons, a very generous Happy Hour on the roof top every evening with free drinks and free buffet of crudités, salads, sushi at times, lovely desserts etc. The truly beautiful roof terrace was a great plus as it was a 24-hour meeting and lounge place, including sun deck for sun lovers. Free bicycles to use for 3 hours at a time is another useful extra provided.
Cons: Rooms are rather basic. Done ok for what they are, yet still nothing special and nothing that would really match the rest of the building. I had higher expectations, given the architecture and other interiors of the building. So definitely room for improvement here. There is no bar or restaurant in the building. The reception staff was semi-friendly to outright lazy at times. Seemed like every question asked was more of a nuisance and staff seemed to be often occupied with other things. Felt a bit like second-jobbers or at least non-professionals in the field.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Excellent breakfast Excellent location, central and well conected Excellent staff
Cons: The towels, must be changed with new one

Pros: + 15 min Walk to the beach + breakfast was very good Israeli breakfast buffet. You could order eggs and coffee + we were on the third floor: slight noise from the street, but it didn’t bother us + free juice, wine, cake, bikes, Beach towels
Cons: - some more storage area in the classic room (and more hangers) would be nice
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything mostly the people who works there.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It’s a lovely decorated boutique hotel. The owner has payed much attention to detail and creates an absolute family like atmosphere! Thanks to the property’s great location you have basically everything you need within walking distance!
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Very good breakfast with plenty of choice. Location is very good indeed, ideal for shopping, bars and the beach. Staff were particularly helpful and friendly.
Cons: It's a little bit noisy at the front of the hotel due to the traffic, but that's the price you pay for the location.
Okay 4,2
Pros: The location was good and the happy hour was refreshing
Cons: The biggest issue with this hotel is that it lacks noise isolation. If you wonder what it feels like to be a homeless in Tel Aviv go for this one. My wife and I stayed in a room that faces the street and we could hear everything through those windows as the windows are 0% sound proof; you could hear people talk/laugh on the street and the elevating sound of various vehicle running engines. I woke up multiple time before dawn to the exotic sound of garbage trucks and random honk sounds throughout the night. I’ve been in many hotels in Tel Aviv and I never experienced such poor isolation. Needless to say that our stay was a torture. On top of that our shower head and floors were covered in mold, we got stained towels and one of the robes was actually had holes in it. I enclosed some photos along with this review.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Such friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Snacks, cold drinks and coffee gratis all day.
Cons: Room 201 lovely but noisy early mornings from traffic
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Stayed here for 3 nights on recent business trip. Well located for bars , restaurants & shops. The beach is a good 10 minute stroll. The rooms are well appointed, spotless & have everything you need. Breakfast one is spoilt for choice! Additionally one can order omelette's etc. In the early evening wine / beer are served gratis in happy hour 1700hrs to 1900hrs I think. Wifi worked a treat across the hotel (including the terrace & rear court yard) The thing that sets this hotel apart is the staff. Absolutely first class in customer service. I will definitely stay again.

Pros: Location is fantastic. Everything is clean and perfectly maintained The sky deck is great Fantastic breakfast!
Cons: The lady at reception had an attitude We expected more from the more expensive room we booked. The window was very small and that made the room a bit claustrophobic, and not great value for money
Good 6,7
Pros: Nice modern rooms and clean, reception very friendly.
Cons: Personnel not very friendly at breakfast, difficult to be seated. Bicycles bit worn out.

Pros: Meals was good
Cons: Unfriendly personel. Bad manager- employees don't know how to work. Sauna without place to cooling, eaven shower. I don't recommend.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Great location right by the beach, nice rooms, great breakfast buffet. Nice happy hour as well. Didn't have time to check out the pool as it was a business trip.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location to the beach was great. A short taxi ride to Jaffa. A short walk to the Port with tons of shops and restaurants
Cons: The front desk kept telling us there was nothing open because of Shabbat. We found a lot of stuff open in Jaffa and then found the Port full of activity later at night
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Clean, very clean. Nice staff, very often helpful. Nice happy hour on the roof of the hotel. I had a very fresh room facing north ..
Cons: Everything was all right except the waiters in the dining room; obviously that was not their job and same for the manager of the dining room. Dinner was not always served and this is disappointing, since it can be annoying going out for dinner every evening. Much to work on this.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Great location Great breakfast. Best in Israel.
Cons: Small rooms!

Pros: I had to be in Tel Aviv to see family, visit my family's business office, and receive something brought for me from Italy. I first stayed at this Hilton in 1967. It is comfortable and has been upgraded a number of time since then. I love the new elevators, where you dial at the lobby, and it designates the elevator which will deliver you [A, B, C, or D]. The Sushi bar off the hotel lobby is superb. The hotel staff are almost all very professional.
Cons: The price - but I guess US$560+ VAT is what one has to pay for the Hilton TA. Oh, and when I had the PRIVACY door card on the knob outside, a bellboy knocked and insisted he had a 'letter' for me; after I got dressed, it was an invitation for a free drink in the lobby. If my 'Privacy card' is displayed he should slip this 'urgent' message under the door. Needless to say, he got no tip. Other than that, everything was great.

Pros: The hotel was pretty nice for an extended stay. It's walking distance from the beach. The Room was rather large, comfortable and clean. I really liked that every room as a nespresso coffee machine (much better than the drip coffee machine you get in the US).
Cons: The service in the hotel was really average. It takes forever to order a coffee or a juice in the morning at breakfast, the staff pretty much ignores you. The showers in the bedroom have an issue. Their design makes it really hard to not flood the bathroom every time you take a shower
Okay 4,6
Pros: The location is perfect, the rooms spacios. The only positives.
Cons: I think probably the most expensive hotel we booked and the worst staff at the reception ever. Not helpful, talking hebrew to each other in front of us, not looking at us, standing minutes at the desk, without being noticed... wanted to order a taxi to the airport, 5 persons, either we take two taxis, 170 ILS each...?!, or minibus for 330 ILS. When we said the price is ridiculusly high, they said, this is what they can offer and that the hotel has a contract with this taxi company. We went to the airport by bus, for 80 ILS - stops approx 5 min from the hotel... the best... of course at the hotel nobody mentioned it. Backwards we took a minibus from the airport to hotel for 170 ILS... Oh, and breakfast... 20 USD... each... for our little children the same price... never ever did we pay the same price for our children. We refused it with a bad taste... The hotels condition is allover not very good, need mending here and there... the restaurant serves good food, but it doesn't look tidy... the tables sticky...
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Very good location. Professional service and good food. Maybe a bit of a meet was missing.
Cons: I can’t say there was something I didn’t like.
Good 7,5
Pros: Huge rooms with a lounge, great location, beautifully designed and decorated, breakfast room is on the roof with a great view, well equipped kitchenette, comfy and really big bed
Cons: Breakfast room could have been facing the sea, pillows weren't amazing, coffee is only nespresso no beans, staff weren't the most friendly/helpful
Good 6,3
Pros: The hotel is OK but it’s a mid range, boutique hotel in the beach area of Tel Aviv, not the Savoy in London which is how most of the the Staff behave. Location is good and the rooms are comfortable.
Cons: They advertise an airport transport service but all they do is book you a taxi. The roof top bar is only available when the outside part of the restaurant is not being used. Breakfast is very expensive and so too drinks at the bar but they do have a happy hour which helps. Very unhelpful staff. One example, I called Guest Services at 7am to have some milk sent up to have with the coffee provided in the room, only to be told to go to the 7th floor and ask someone to give me a cup of milk. Really? That’s one step better than me being told to go to the convenience store. The Staff really let the hotel down. Also they advertise the rooms are soundproofed, mine wasn’t.

Pros: The room is comfy and we appreciated the late check out to align with our flights.
Cons: Unfortunately the coffee machine in the lobby needed to be emptied at the time that we were trying to grab one quickly and there was no one available to help, but apart from that it was all good!

Pros: People are very helpful and friendly.. location is excellent..near to beach..and restaurants..
Cons: For a room cost is too high. But this is not strange for telaviv.. I stayed in room no 10. Out of room i believe that there is compressor and it makes huge nose.. dont stay in ground floor.. you can not also open window.. people are very friendly thoug..
Good 7,9
Pros: Very kind and helpful staff at the reception and in the breakfast room.
Cons: The floor was a bit worn-out that I didn't like to go barefoot on it
Okay 4,5
Pros: Fri ndly staff. Good location
Cons: Room was very small and stuffy. Carpet smelled bad. Air conditioner moldy and smelly. Hot water took long time to arrive. nobody at the front desk at my check out time.
Good 6,7
Pros: breakfast was satisfactory, reception staff very helpful and advised about parking. Rooms fairly basic but adequate.
Cons: Noisy as close to main road. Access difficult as sat.nav.does not bring you to the hotel.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: A small hotel with a big service - it had everything I needed for the stay and was positively surprised by the attention of the staff and services you don't always get with much more expensive hotels. Being it the personal welcome letter, the coffee kettel, beach towels and beach bag or the overall standard, excellent value for the money!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Super friendly and very helpful staff!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great little hotel for one or two night stay. Very clean, superb continental breakfast, friendly staff, great location a few minutes from the coast and a short walk to nice bars, cafes and restaurants. Easy to get into the centre or to the beaches, either on foot or by bus.
Good 6,3
Pros: Simple but almost complete breackfast (maybe eggs missing)
Cons: Airport shuttle booked by email at 90$ while ordinary rate is 40-50$.....as I paid at the departure.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The staff was amazing, all were nice and very helpfull.

Pros: The staff is really friendly and helpful, the area is good and quiet, breakfast ok
Cons: The room is not so nice as in the pictures.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The hotel staff are all very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect to access the beach and any points of interest around Tel Aviv. The guest rooms are updated and very clean. It was a very good value for the price and recommend it for a nice stay in Tel Aviv. Thank you!
Cons: Overall it was a really great stay. Only challenge was a bit of noise. The walls of the guest room are not so thick, so you could clearly hear noise in the hallways and from the room next door. Also, there could be a few more choices at breakfast.
Good 6,0
Pros: The room was a good size and the bathroom was fine.
Cons: Breakfast was not great. The coffee machine broke down and the eggs were a bit badly coloured. The towel rail was over the toilet so I was worried things would fall in.
Excellent 9,0
Cons: The key cards did not not always worked. I had to run to reception to fix it.
Mediocre 3,8
Pros: location was good being close to beach
Cons: rooms far too small..musty smell. overall needs upgrading.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Nice location near sea front and price for that location.
Cons: A somewhat quirky elevator - but it worked!
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Great location for beach and tour pick up !

Excellent 9,2
Pros: The staff at the hotel were very helpful and couldn't help us enough.
Okay 5,1
Pros: Not expensive
Cons: Very out if the way, far from Tel Aviv. Very small rooms. The place was almost empty but they gave us a room with absolutely no view.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Good service
Cons: Everything was excelent
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Very spacious and airy rooms. Best breakfast we had on our whole trip. Any issues dealt with promptly and efficiently by staff....I would definitely stay again
Cons: Nothing comes to mind - the only minor criticism is the lack of restaurant on site but we had a car so went out or used home delivery which was v efficient.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The breakfast was very good. The room was spacious and the bathroom very luxurious.
Cons: The reception staff was very strict about the no-guest policy. My parents live next-doors and wanted to join us at the swimming pool for the afternoon but were not allowed to. Instead we went to their swimming pool, which is as good, but that made us think about whether it is worth paying for a hotel with a swimming pool.
Excellent 10,0
Cons: Breakfast is OK
Mediocre 2,0
Pros: The room was not big enough for 4 people. The description of the hotel was way off. There was no beach access. We were charged $750 for 2 nights that the hotel quoted us for $225 per night we were charged taxes and fees even though international guests do not pay taxes for hotel stay. We assumed that kayak had better rates than the hotel but we were apparently very wrong. Sadly we will not recommend kayak to anyone.

Cons: The room was not setup for the family despite the fact that they knew we were a family of 4. It took us over an hour for the full setup. The room was really dirty and uncomfortable.

Pros: Great Shakshuka! Great location - easy access to all highways.

Pros: I eat organic so there was not much for me to eat.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The breakfasts were fantastic! Great selection. Very clean.
Cons: The facility is a little older but has been well maintained.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Ditto.
Cons: Rooms a bit small.
Okay 5,4
Pros: It's a tired looking hotel, institutional and does the job. There is nothing warm or friendly about it, just somewhere OKish to stay in a very convenient location.
Mediocre 3,7
Pros: Location
Cons: The staff does not know how to tend to customers. I left my AMEX card on the desk at the counter and I called to tell them and before I could even finish asking if he found it he said he doesn't have it. I proceeded and asked if he could please check before he says he doesn't have it then finally he checked after 3 phone calls to the front desk. The staff does not care about its guests and overall customer service lacks tremendously. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: very convenient for transportation wow factor near 2 minutes walk to the beach. overlooking sea.
Poor 1,0
Pros: Leaving.
Cons: The reception staff were sullen and disinterested. It was an effort for them to get off their mobile phones to answer questions. Breakfast was a shambles. This hotel caters for tour groups. It was common to join a queue of 15/20 people just to get a cup of tea. Finding a table was difficult as the breakfast room was always crowded.
Excellent 9,4
Pros: Amazing staff!!!! And location!
Good 7,0
Pros: The breakfast was fantastic and catered for all nationalities. Very impressed. The pool was lovely and the area on the roof gave a great view of the area. The beach is a five minute walk and plenty of restaurants are within walking distance although they are very expensive. The staff were really friendly and accommodating.
Cons: It was what it was. The area was pretty good although would have liked to be a little closer to the old town, but to be fair it was pretty good. If this is all I have to moan about then it cant be that bad. The only thing I would say and its not really a dislike; I did find the hotel a little tired in parts even though its had its recent upgrade. Don't let that put you off though.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Pleasant hotel. Has business people, travel tours and families on the weekend. Breakfast is good. Location is good - 2 blocks to the beach. Hotel is clean and rooms are ample size.
Good 6,8
Pros: hotel is in a good location breakfast is excellent but i expect at least the carpets to be clean when you walk on them in the room .
