Wide variety of breakfast. Kind and nice staff. Clean room.
View of room was a wall. Room was a little bit small. Fitness room was not satissfying.

The staff makes this facility great. They're helpful and accommodating. Jr suite is a great deal and definitely worth the additional expense. Room service breakfast is a bargain.
Though the property is clean and well-maintained it's ready for a renovation. The room looks early-90s at the latest. To keep it from getting dank and musty they keep de-humidifiers in the room, which really does help - but the rooms are ready for a refresh. Need outlets or charging ports near the bed.

Imperial hotel staffs are friendly, so far happy stay as near mrt, need to walk about 15 min. Actually 2/1 we r staying in Lotty hotel which nearby the imperial hotel, but Lotty hotel is the worst hotel I ever stayed before.. got a big cockroach died on the carpet n can hear the mosquitoes flying around your ears.. worst of all is the bed got bugs, I got a lot of red bites on my legs. But in the end, can’t write any reviews as related party cover up the truth.. compare to this lousy hotel, I think imperial hotel much more better..
