Location is good. Staff was helpful.
Room was not very clean. TV and phone in room did not work. Staff did come to repair. Very limited breakfast options & quantity.

The staff was very pleasant.
To be fair this particular location was under construction when we stayed. However, if breakfast is indicated as being served from 7:00-10:00 there should still be food when we go down for breakfast at 9:40am. Furthermore, we received a complaint about noise (running and jumping) at 8:00pm from the room beneath us because they had to get up early and were trying to sleep. After traveling with young children for 7 hours they need an outlet to run around a bit. A family friendly hotel should be accommodating after all we stayed in our room! however a complaint like this at a somewhat early hour puts a sour taste in my mouth (especially since my kids had stopped running around at least half an hour prior). My suggestion....put families on the first floor and no one will hear stomping from above if a couple of restless children need to let out some energy!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The remodeled spaces are beautiful and the breakfast bar was really quite delicious. I don't usually care for hotel breakfasts but this was great.
