The staff called us and accused us of stealing a comforter And charged us $75 for it. It took us 4 separate pleading phone calls and two additional stops back to the hotel to not only convince them that this must be a mistake and to look into it further. This was a large hindrance on our family vacation. Turns out some maids put extra comforters in the closet while others dont. So then we were accused and charged of taking a comforter that wasn't there? It wasn't worth the hassle. We will not be staying at this hotel when we visit again. There are many beautiful hotels in the area and I bet they treat their costumers with dignity and respect.
Very close to Zion. Shuttle stop right across the street. Great complimentary continental breakfast. Staff at the front desk was very friendly and had helpful information.
