The 1st day we found insects and ant in our room, the receptionist didn't offer to change the room, they insist that they will manage after we insist many times they offer us another room, house keeping service less than expectations in 5 stars hotel

Hotel located close to airport, huge hotel territory with direct access to the beautiful red sea, 3 swimming positions is the read sea. Excellent pool area, nice nature, and sea views.
I recommend to create free shuttle service for such level hotel, which is common service in even lover level hotel all around the world. Room and facilities in the room were not the Also there were small issues with card terminal, not possible to pay with cc. After few days it was all fine. Overall great to spend time in beautiful location.
