Terrible reception staff
The king sized bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the jetted jacuzzi in our bed room.
The receptionist who checked us in was extremely dry and rude. She didn't greet us even with a small smile or ask how we were or anything. She looked like she we were a burden for even asking her to check us in. Your stay is meant to include free WiFi and TV. BOTH were NOT working during our stay there. You have to bear in mind that most places in Sedona shut at 5pm. So you're left in your room from 5pm with literally nothing but the walls. No entertainment whatsoever. When we informed the receptionist that the WiFi was not working and neither was the TV (which is meant to come with the price you pay - we got a suite) she looked like she couldn't be bothered to even help us or be hospitable. Not even a simple apology for the inconvenience. All she could say was "i'm pissed off too" and that she called someone over two hours prior to see what was happening with the WiFi. She was clearly not on top of things if the only call she had made was over two hours ago. Which is pretty terrible considering you need WiFi to check in customers. You're running a hotel. Staff need to be on top of things more instead of playing on their phones and acting like a customer is bothering them when that's there job to check in new customers and to make sure that the service is at least to an average standard. Would recommend that manager trains staff to be more hospitable in a hospitality trade and at least look approachable with just a simple smile. It goes a long way.
Clean and clean every time I go to a hotel I look for that
Great view of Bell Rock
Location, the view, breakfast
One of the two room I rented had dirty socks in one of the beds. They tried calling the front desk and got no answer and it was only about 10 PM. Needless to say that couple was very unhappy.
Beautiful view and easy to get to
Handle to the room broken, shower not clean and drained slowly.
