The customer service was excellent. I know check in is at 3pm, but we arrived at 7am. They made accommodations to allow us to check in early so we could get some sleep before we started our day.
The menu price for room service was very expensive. 2 sliders, 1 chicken quesadillas, 1 cheese burger, 1 coffee, and 1 fiji water was about $80. But the food was very tasty. The payperview channel needs to be high def if we're paying $19 to watch a movie. There was a lot of unclear picture. Other than that, which I consider as minor, it was excellent.

Hand sink was not draining. Called front desk. Was assured service but no follow up by staff. Sink flooded during night. Even bath tub was not daring good. This caused us very unpleasant experience. Also no bath soap. Called but no follow up by staff. Had to use small soap from hand sink.

Check in was a bad experience. We got in late and while waiting in line to check in the people working the desk would let guests jump to the front of the line to ask 'quick' questions about chargers and restaurants. It was pretty frustrating. The employees didn't encourage it - but when the guests cut they did nothing about it. Neither did I though. The pipes in the ceiling were leaking in the hall where my room was and trash cans were out to collect the water. It was like that when I arrived but cleaned up by the time I left. There was no issue with noise though.
