Cons: nothing flying wise, but airport is kind of a maze, if is any short connecting flight and late arrival, you have to run fast.

Pros: Pilot announcements were very clear

Cons: Food service was awful. They ran out of options and only had one choice by time got toward middle /back of the plane. This happened both ways. So if your seated toward the rear bring your own food and snacks if needed.

Cons: Very cramped business set with no place for storage. Comfort is good though

Cons: The plane was very old. On my seat, the TV screen did not work. The cabin crew was lazy. Nobody paid any attention to the Attendant light by my seat.

Pros: Seats were ok and crew was kind and professional. Food was terrible on all flights. They gave mayo or cheese or something I can’t figure out in a sandwich on multiple flights. That thing though slightly different was terrible every time. Also gates changes and pilot landed in wrong part of the airport for its-fra leg and we had to have passportA checked while exiting the plane and had to take a bus. My transit time was short but gladly made it

Cons: I missed my second leg from fra-ist. The gate was changed and I was given wrong directions by airport employees so I went through a very long and painful wait at a security line that I didn’t need to go through had the airport info employees knew what they were doing or saying. I ended up missing the flight because of repeated wrong directions

Cons: The food was overcooked for dinner and breakfast was a veggie wrap which was soggy and strange. Bring food with you!

Pros: Crew were excellent

Cons: Old aircraft. Uncomfortable seats in economy. Entertainment screens old and almost impossible to watch - watched my iPhone! No mobile phone charger.

Pros: The socks offered in business were comfortable and nice looking. The red wine was good.

Cons: The food was just average and the seat not too comfortable

Pros: Flight was on time.

Cons: Staff: from check in to landing, they could at least smile. Baggage claim was a nightmare, 6 Schengen flights in the same belt.

Cons: Transavia does not serve anything complementary, not even water. A flight between two countries that is five hours long must be better than this. I was not aware of Transavia doing that before I booked. I will never fly with them again

Pros: The flight attendants were stellar--polite, respectful, helpful, attentive. I want to particularly commend the attendant who, after I notified her that someone was very ill in the adjacent bathroom, stood discreetly nearby and offered the person a glass of water when he emerged. Very considerate.

Cons: The transfer was a horrible, stressful experience. We knew it as a short connection but Lufthansa had accepted it. On our outward bound flight three weeks earlier, we were all met and escorted swiftly by a flight attendant from the first leg plane (EWR-MUN) to the second leg plane (MUN-Nice) to ensure that we all made it onboard. Impressive. On our return journey, no such luck! No attendant to meet us, and a huge line at immigration, full of panicked and stressed-out passengers jockeying for position, with no-one from ANY airline there to do a triage for those with the shortest connections. Ridiculous. In addition, the passport-scanning machines were very slow and quirky. My own passport was rejected because there was no evidence I had passed through Munich on my outward bound journey!! RIDICULOUS. I managed to slip through to a human being and begged the immigration officer to let me go through with my husband, who had had no such problem. The officer told me he could not find a stamp from my earlier transit through!!! Eventually I suppose he did because he let me through. The stamp was there, I found it, but it had been sloppily applied and was half off the page...hence the rejection by the scanner. We made the flight by minutes. NOT GOOD! Surely Lufthansa could do better in their own country???

Pros: The crew were nice enough. However, I thought it was strange that the flight attendant woke up the guy next to me to see if he wanted to eat, which he didn’t.

Cons: Checking in was bad. We had difficulty with the agent, who said that we needed to wrap our plastic tubs. We have flown other airlines using these same tubs for 15 years. After our minor altercation, the food on the two legs from Dammam and then on to Atlanta was very bad. I am not very picky with food and like just about anything. However, I was unable to eat the food served in 2 out of 3 meals. My time on Frankfurt was also not very pleasant. I will most likely try to avoid Lufthansa in the future.

Cons: All god nice flight crew helpful. A well organized flight just what you would expect from a German airline
