The food was very good.
The beds are small and the staff charged me for items in the mini fridge I did not use.
The hotel was good and the staff were helpful, The room decor was impressive and the hotel facilities seemed well up to Holiday Inn standards
The hotel was good, but to describe it as being close to the Rho Fair is disingenuous. It is certainly not possible to walk to the Fair (even if it was within walkable distance) as it is separated by railway lines and multiple motorway intersections. The shuttle bus (only twice a day each way) took about 20 minutes (non stop) for the journey. There were a couple of hotels much nearer the Fair and at least one that is literally just across the road from the West entrance. It is one stop on the local railway.
Very high ceiling and lots of room throughout the bathroom and room - very well laid out and it was perfect after 8 days of European travel
location for visiting the fair grounds
free shuttle bus to and from the fair grounds never on time, kept all of us waiting for hours both ways, takes away the advantage to stay in this hotel.
The bed is very comfortable and there are blackout curtains. There is free parking and you're close to the motorway - perfect if you are in Milan to go shopping in outlets around the city, although not the ideal location if you just plan to visit Milan downtown. Breakfast is really above average for European hotels - it's not very easy to find decent coffee/coffee drinks in most hotels in this continent, plus they have fresh fruit and fresh juices. There's a supermarket right beside the hotel, where you can buy a snack for dinner or to take with you for the day.
We have stayed at this hotel about a year ago, and I felt this time that it was missing some of the extra care from last time. For example we were first given a room that had not been cleaned - they changed it right away when we went downstairs and told them about it. Some of the bathroom amenities were missing in our second room and also a towel - not a big deal, but it's the tiny details that make an amazing hotel and that we didn't see this time.
the room was clean and spacious, good communicated with the fair thanks to the free bus from the hotel and breakfast was great.
There were mosquitos in the room and bathroom, the reception staff were serious and very little smiling and besides we were misinformed about prices or ways of how to get back to Malpensa airport, we had to find out the cheaper and best way at the train station close to the hotel. After waiting more than 40 minutes to be served at the restaurant in the evening, the food was mediocre and pasta was not "al dente" but very undercooked.
everything was brand new, very nice and modern design, nice staff, big and beuatiful rooms
besides reception staff nobody speaks english
The facility was clean and the staff was very helpful. It is a little far away from the city center but it is easy to get there by train.
I liked courtesy of the staff, very clean room and close connection to the highway.
hotel was very elegent, the room was great and the bed was very comfortable.
staff insisting to enter room to count minibar while i was resting on all the days of my stay..even though i complained to front desk.. a real pity.
