Friendly, efficient staff. Comfortable bed.
Common parts (carpets on landings/paliers and lift/ascenseur not clean), unpleasant smell.
Staff were lovely, helpful and very patient with our rusty attempts at speaking french. Breakfast was good, had a great variety of things to choose from.
The mattress on the bed was past its best; when either of us moved in the night, we rolled to the middle and crashed into each other.
Basically nothing... The first night we couldn't entry in the hotel, because they gave us the wrong code for the door...the person answering in the phone was no sorry for us, no attention, even the Responsible... And we waited 20 minutes before to have an answer... To be honest: never again, and we strongly not advise this place!
The attitude of the people working there...even the manager! They ruined our stay!
It was incredibly old and tired, bathroom leaked, the toilet was ridiculously tiny. Definitely not three stars
Great location, just across Port Mars' big park (under renovations on August 2019), the local market and streets filled with cafes/restaurants. The room was quiet and comfortable for a night. The toilet is a separate cubicle from the bathroom which is unusual for me. The overall feel is a bit old and dusty with bad art on the wall, but it's good enough for a short stay.
They say they have parking but it's just an on-street parking area around the corner with a paid 5h limit from 9 am till 7 pm (I think). Anyway, arrived in the evening and had to move the car the next morning before 9.
