Room comfortable and clean. Breakfast good selection.
I chose the Crown Plaza over other hotels in the area for the pool area to enjoy with a friend as a birthday gift to them. On arrival I asked for the opening times. We attempted to access the pool within those hours, only to be told it had closed, this was highly disappointing as we could have gone earlier had we known the correct times. When the duty manager asked the following morning if we had a good stay, I pointed this issue out. He was very apologetic and said it was a case of human error. He also offered free coffee which we didn’t have time to take. He then said if we were ever in the area again to ask if he was on duty and he would take care of us. All of which is good customer service on his part but still the object was to have a relaxing evening in the pool area the previous evening.
Great location. Very beautiful
The breakfast was very expensive
Excellent treatment and service by the front desk. Compliments to and a big thank you to Irisa.
The pillows were too soft for me. Could not open complimentary water bottle in the room. Breakfast was very busy on Sunday so had to ask for cutlery, glasses and juice as staff couldn't keep up with demand.
Spa was nice and bed was comfortable
Breakfast was a joke Staff were not trained to a 4 star hotel standard Understaffed Miscommunication between reception and spa Executive extra cost was a waste
