    The resort was just amazing. Everything about our stay was perfect. The food was great and the ocean was fabulous and so close. The resort was so beautiful and so clean. Can't wait to go back.

    Oh Hell No!

    Beach was great!

    Several front desk staff and restaurant servers had very nasty and rude personalities; no remote control for TV and did not get one for 2 days despite asking repeatedly; food in main buffet was not kept very hot; I got Traveler's diarrhea while there because of the food; housekeeping did not clean room twice! I had a butler, who was not very responsive or helpful; I had to complain and act crazy with the front desk in order for them to do their jobs with regards to my room, room service, my butler,etc. I felt like I was working because of the lazy service instead of enjoying myself! Never again!

    Just OK

    They did have some premium liquor which was better than many all-inclusive places I have been. Pool in our area was nice with fairly low occupancy and lots of places to sit.

    Only one buffet for breakfast and dinner. Huge complex, but it seems to be several hotels in one and some things were not accessible to us, like the other 2 buffets onsite.

    I liked the staff. They were friendly and helpful for the most part.

    I didn't like that that there wasn't enough entertainment, everything is NOT included. No water sports, you had to buy everything. A lot of seaweed at the beach. Not enough chairs at the pool. There is no "view" from your room, either construction site or other building. Not a true "beach front" property, you have to catch a trolley(still on the property though) to the beach and everywhere else The food was just okay, very bland.
