The house wines were drinking vinegar. Food was over cooked..Your xhale club service was tardy and unprofessional. Staff is not implicitly begging for tips as in many other all-inclusive resorts. You can see the manager many times a day in various places working with staff - it is exceptionally well managed resort. Will come back!

From check-in the information we received was not accurate: Premium beverage not included, A la carte restaurants only opened during nights and not all of them were available during our stay, pool party was cancelled, misleading information got us into buying our beverage on a supermarket in town, Exhale club not worth the money.
