Close to mall , customer service
Noise can hear from the hallway thru inside the room. Swimming pool is not open. No elevator for elderly or pwd .Rooms only accessible using stairs going to 3rd floor.

The breakfast was fresh and wholesome. Resort was quiet at the time of stay so no/very little wait time for meals.
The location was a little bit out of town. That being said, it was very peaceful and exceeded our expectations.

Very convenient to airport and a huge shopping mall close by. Airport shuttle service a plus. Staff so accommodating. Breakfast very good. Barman made me an Irish Coffee. Spotlessly clean rooms. Actually the hotel was so good I stayed there on my return trip to Manila.
