The location was nice, a bit off the beaten path so there was no noise and we could rest properly. Everything was clean and tidy, the guys at the reception were awesome. I expected your regular cheap hostel but was treated like a valued guest. The double room is huge and the cleaning staff were not intrusive, something that I value quite much.
If I had to say something, I had to unplug the minibar fridge because of the noise it makes.
Everything (room, bed, breakfast) was fine, many thanks!
General quality of room is very poor and worn out. Impossible to match to the pictures from web site. Examples: Shower was broken. Blinders malfunctioned. Trains are running right outside windows - very noisy when lack of air condition requires windows to be open. Staff was not exactly unfriendly, but very indifferent. We booked a two night stay but left after one.
Staff are great. Room spacious, clean and comfortable. Short walk to tram stop. Can't fault, great value.
The breakfast was good, the location is great, few minutes to tram station.
We had a family room, but the room looks very different than on the pictures. There were old beds, sheets, curtains, etc. Everything was clean, but the pictures are misleading. There were no modern beds, sheets, floor, etc, so I guess it would be good to have a real pictures on the hotel´s pages. The day before our arrival, I asked if we can use the park spot earlier than it is a check in and the receptionist said that it is possible. But when we came the next day, she told us, that we need to leave a key from the car at the hotel. When I asked her why, she didn´t know. She just told us that this is the hotel´s rule and that´s it. I quite don´t understand why she didn´t tell us this when I first asked (the day before arrival). When we checked in, there was another receptionist, so I asked once again, why they have such a rule and I was told that it is because of earthquake, etc), which I don´t understand and it was the first time I heard something like this. Eventually we parked in front of the hotel, which was even cheaper than their parking lot.
