Pros: It was secure with lots of door locks and security camera's in the common area. I liked the coffee stand in the kitchen in Bldg F. The one bedroom suite was very nice and comfortable. I loved the SunnySide area which had lots of walkable restaurants.

Pros: The hotel is a renovated apartment building so that the units are nice 1 bedroom suites with separate kitchen and bathroom and a full closet. Very cozy; everything very charming. The location was also excellent for getting downtown to my conference because there are two bus lines that stop just across the street and run straight downtown. Good restaurants and cafes on nearby Walnut Street. If I come to Pittsburgh another time, I would try to stay here!

Pros: It was secure with lots of door locks and security camera's in the common area. I liked the coffee stand in the kitchen in Bldg F. The one bedroom suite was very nice and comfortable. I loved the SunnySide area which had lots of walkable restaurants.
Cons: I think the tub has been resurfaced and was extremely slick and there were no hand grabs which made it feel very hazardous for my size and age. I bought my own non-slip tub mat at Target and put it in my tub to reduce my slip/fall risk during showers.

Pros: Very comfortable and lots of space.
Cons:

Pros: The staff was OUTSTANDING!!! The room was spacious and nothing was overlooked.
Cons: Size of bathroom (small), would have much preferred feather pillows, and needed towels for there as we registered for three guests. Only had towels for two. We realize we could have called and requested more, so this is minor.

Pros: Safe residential location within walking distance to Carnegie Mellon and Walnut Street shopping. The 2 BR homey apartment with kitchen & living room/dining room is far better than a hotel room! The service provided by the staff is impeccable!
Cons: I wish the second bathroom would have enough room for 2 beds. One of our sons needed to use the comfy folding cot during our stay. It would be nice not to have to do that.

Pros: The front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming.
Cons: The room was stuffy and the temperature couldn’t be adjusted. The TV didn’t work. The bathroom was so-so clean. The maids didn’t clean the coffeemaker or dirty cups once. The hallway reeked of weed our last two days.

Pros: Booked for parent's weekend at Pitt. A little too much space for what we needed but would definitely book again.
Cons: Only thing is that I'd bring my own pillow next time.

Pros: Super cute little boutique hotel. Nice details--welcome bag with water, chocolate, instant oatmeal and snack crackers was sweet. Front desk guy friendly and efficient. Lots of room in the room!
Cons: The desk area was extremely dark and there was no outlet available to plug in my laptop. So relocated myself and worked at the dining room table (we had suite) which was fine. Very bright, close to an outlet and a bigger workspace.
