It was dirty. Made know effort to compensate, clean the room.
All the staff were very friendly couldn’t ask for better people.
We were in room 514 for the night and my 11 year old son and my boyfriend couldn’t sleep at all because of the people staying in the room above us. They were running and jumping so hard it sounded like elephants above our room and this was from 10 pm until 3am and we had to be back on the road early. My boyfriend and son were so mad that we packed up and left at 4:50 am
The stuff or manager are extremely unprofessional and rude.
Needs a fair amount of maintenance Dirt in corners Furniture missing drawer broken shelf Mold In Corners of tub No towels in pool area
Was an average updated older hotel. The breakfast was great and maintained by a very friendly staff member. The pool indoor and outdoor was great for kids if you are bringing them.
The facility had been updated for the most part however, they did leave out crucial details such as sliding doors to the balcony that would not lock or close completely. Closet doors that are about to fall off and in desperate need of repair. Bedding was sub-par for a rate that this hotel is charging as well as the mattress itself very hard and uncomfortable. They also missed the mark as far as updating the bathroom and fixtures. Toilets that worked with adjustments after flushing. Showers that you had to leave running for 5 minutes or more to get hot water. When checking in the front desk explained that management requested full payment now for your stay which is very odd since I have never been charged when checking in for a 3 night stay anywhere. Also we were told since I didn't enter my Choice privileges when booking I lost my opportunity to earn points for this particular 3 night stay. Looking back I figured out why they do this as customers after one night would probably move to a different property. For 120-159 a night this property needs allot more updating and attention to detail when it comes to the guests and the services it provides for that rate.
