Bedroom very small, doors kicked in shated bathrooms along corridor, interesting door decorations, couldnt lock door. Too cramped had a nice bathroom only bar of soap , nothing else no shampoo no shower gel. More basic than basic! Wont recommend or stay again when really a far nicer hotel with hairdryer more spacious rooms etc are widely available
The only thing that was satisfying, was staff. The lady on reception was really kind and helped me out when I asked her for an iron and ironing board.
Everything else was way worse than what I expected. For the price, I had quite low expectations but reality turned out to be a lot worse. Hygiene was a long-time forgotten thing in this hotel, the room was cold (heater was not working and could not be turned on), bathrooms and toilets on the same floor were not accessible, it was quite loud with people coming in and out and breakfast was not available on-site. Overall, even though the price per night is good, I believe it is by all means not good enough to make up for the lack of comfort, hygiene and basic necessities.
Clean and tidy with very friendly staff
Bit noisy of an evening with people in and out
The staff were so friendly and helpful the place was immaculate considering they are right in the middle of a refurbishment, please do not be put off with the outside view they are going to be working on that soon also, the room was small but definitely served its purpose the bathroom was spotless and lovely well done guys
The outside view was off putting but will be all sorted by March apparently
The room good clean
In poor condition tried to close the Curtains pole fell off the wall wasn’t too pleased!
