The layout of the room made it more cozy and private. The A/C / Heating unit worked very well and kept me warm during one of the coldest nights we've had this winter. The linens and room itself was clean. The staff was very friendly and sweet. I would definitely stay here again!
The bed wasn't very comfortable. It was very springy and once you lay down you're kind of in a bowl. The iron didn't get hot enough to do any good even on highest setting.

My first time in Pensacola i stopped to rest for the night me and my babe but unfortunately me being the housekeeping manager of a very large condo in Panama City Beach i am going to check to make sure i'm getting value for my $$, upon check in i was told by the front desk that in case i had any issues with the unit i can give them a call..... 1 - spots on pillows 2 - no pillow protectors, one of the pillows was very nasty 3 - sheets were dirty 4 - tried to call the front desk none of the buttons on the phone don't work dial tone is the only thing working 5 - towels weren't so bad i can give them a pass on that one ending.......i will never stay there again. REMEMBER FIRST IMPRESSIONS LAST!!!!!!!!!!!!
